Essentially,education is the activity of cultivating people,the people cultivated by it reflects the value and significance of education through the positive influence on the group through the interaction with society and environment.High school,as a part of education,is not only responsible for giving students the knowledge and skills they need to adapt to society,but also for helping them to eliminate confusion such as "who am I?What can I do in the future?What should I do now?" and form an understanding of their objective value,giving them the ability to manage themselves and plan their lives,helping them successfully realize the transformation from "natural person" to "social person",career education is ought to be carried out in high school.The implementation of career education in high schools should attach importance to the integration with daily subject teaching,this is an important way for normalization of career education.On the one hand,integrating career education into information technology course can provide students with a cognitive guarantee for independent choice of college entrance examination majors.On the other hand,it provides specific entry points and effective guidance for the integration of career education and subject teaching.The key problem to be solved in the paper is to determine the instructional design of integrating career education into information technology courses and to clarify the implementation effect of it.Therefore,the main contents this study include four aspects.Firstly,by reviewing Chinese and foreign literature and carefully combing and analyzing,the author obtains the current status of high school career education at home and abroad,which provides valuable experience and reference for the integration of career education in information technology teaching,and completes the definition of important vocabulary and the construction of the theoretical framework,which lay a solid foundation for the scientific research.Secondly,the investigation on the current situation of information technology curriculum integrating with career education in a high school of Hubei Province through questionnaire survey and interview provides a strong support for the feasibility and necessity of this study.Thirdly,the instructional design is constructed through the analysis of the elements such as objectives,contents and learners' profile of information technology curriculum integrating with career education,according to it,the instructional design case is given in the paper.Finally,the instructional design of information technology integrated with career education is applied in disciplinary courses,and its effectiveness is verified by analysis of questionnaire survey and interviews.The conclusion of the study is as follows:aiming at the current situation of high school students' lack of career awareness and the urgent need to improve their career planning skills,the instructional design and application of information technology curriculum integrating with career education can effectively improve students'participation in the classroom and provide students with a new way to recognize themselves and explore careers,which help them to develop their comprehensive ability to adapt to the future and realize individual value.
