Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the national educational cause has presented an unprecedentedly good situation.The rule of law education is an important part of moral education.The country also attaches great importance to the development of the rule of law education work in our country.The rule of law in our country has entered a new stage.Promoting the combination of governing the country according to law and governing the country by virtue has become an important means related to the long-term development of the country and the national rejuvenation.In June 2016,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Justice,and the National Legal Affairs Office jointly issued the "Juvenile Legal Education Outline",which stipulated the requirements,goals,content,and implementation paths for juvenile legal education.The "Decision" adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party states,"Incorporate the rule of law education into the national education system,start with young people,and set up courses on the rule of law in primary and secondary schools." The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that "it is necessary to improve the ethics and moral qualities of the entire nation." Along with the in-depth progress of administering the country in accordance with the law,the education of the rule of law has been elevated to a whole new level,and young people have also become the focus of education for the rule of law.It can be seen that under this background,how to effectively carry out the rule of law education in moral education in high school is worthy of further research.However,in the process of the development of rule of law education,there are still problems such as the lack of an independent rule of law education curriculum,a single form of teaching,a detachment of content from life,and insufficient teachers.The existence of these problems is not only detrimental to the development of school rule of law education,but also has an impact on the personal growth of students.Therefore,analyzing the problems of rule of law education in high school moral education and finding ways to crack them will not only help guide students to form a scientific and reasonable world outlook,outlook on life,and values.And it also can develop a logical thinking that distinguishes between right and wrong and clear rights and interests.This is conducive to advancing the construction and development of the three socialist civilizations.The writing of this thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of rule of law education,as well as the current status and research methods of this topic at home and abroad.The second part mainly discusses the meaning and necessity of the rule of law education separately,and interprets the requirements for the rule of law education in related documents.The third part first puts forward the problems existing in the process of integrating the rule of law education in senior high school into moral education,including the lack of an independent rule of law education curriculum,a single form of teaching,content separation from life,and insufficient teachers.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for these problems.The cause analysis is mainly carried out from two aspects of human factors and environmental factors.The fifth part discusses the specific strategies of implementing the rule of law education in the current moral education in high school from the aspects of top design and implementation suggestions.
