With the continuous advance of preschool education reform,Kindergarten-based curriculum,as a supplement to national and local curriculum,has become an important part of kindergarten curriculum.The construction of kindergarten-based curriculum not only provides the possibility for the personalized development of kindergarten curriculum,but also promotes the diversification of kindergarten curriculum in China.Through reading the relevant literature of Kindergarten-based Curriculum research,the author finds that the research perspective of Kindergarten-based Curriculum in China is diversifying,but there are still problems of blindly following the trend and random structure.Kindergarten-based curriculum should be based on the actual environment and conditions of kindergartens,the actual needs and experience of children as the starting point,and teachers as the main body.Therefore,this paper will focus on the local cultural characteristics of kindergartens based on the needs of children's development,and take Suzhou X kindergarten as an example to study the application of native Wu culture in Kindergarten-based curriculum.Firstly,this article discusses the practical significance of integrating Wu culture into Kindergarten-based curriculum,that is,the need to disseminate traditional culture,promote cultural adaptation and nourish children's culture;secondly,through the analysis of Wu culture and its education research status,it discusses the feasibility of integrating Wu culture into kindergarten curriculum construction;finally,it puts forward the process of Wu culture Kindergarten-based Curriculum construction mainly including:The composition of the content of Kindergarten-based curriculum,the formulation of Kindergarten-based Curriculum standards,and the implementation of kindergarten-based curriculum teaching methods.This research will classify and select Wu culture content from six aspects of"people,art,ballad,scenery,food and custom",and excavate resources development dominant curriculum(Wu culture characteristic curriculum)and invisible curriculum(Wu rhyme environment)which are suitable for children's development needs.After establishing the general objectives of the curriculum,the objectives of each age group and the hierarchical objectives of each type of curriculum are formulated according to the general objectives,and the schedule of the curriculum hours is arranged according to the objectives.Then the process of curriculum implementation is optimized and deepened through the integration of the vertical consistent curriculum,the modular operation of the horizontal stage curriculum and the supplement of the network curriculum.At present,there are some problems in the construction of Wu Culture Park-based curriculum,such as unscientific and comprehensive selection of individual curriculum content,loose management of curriculum implementation process,uneven quality of implementation effect,and teachers'enthusiasm for participation needs to be improved.This study analyses the diversity and richness of curriculum content,the institutionalization and standardization of curriculum implementation,the perfection of curriculum evaluation criteria and evaluation mechanism,and the subjective initiative of teachers'participation in curriculum construction.It is believed that improvement measures should be put forward from five perspectives:curriculum resources perspective,curriculum construction perspective,curriculum management perspective,teachers'professional perspective and curriculum evaluation perspective.Slightly.Specific measures include:firstly,introducing expert resources to develop diverse and rich curriculum content;secondly,strengthening professional guidance to build a standardized kindergarten-based curriculum system;thirdly,standardizing curriculum management to establish implementation system;fourthly,promoting teachers'professional development under the guidance of educational research;fifthly,clarifying evaluation elements and improving evaluation mechanism.
