With the advent of the Internet +,information technology has had a profound impact on educational thinking,concepts,models,content,and methods.As a product of Internet + education and a new teaching model,the flipped classroom has not yet formed a systematic research system for teaching practice research in China.Although it has been explored and attempted by elementary and middle schools,due to the constraints of the characteristics of primary school Mathematics disciplines,psychological characteristics of students,and other factors,the implementation and application of primary school Mathematics flipped classrooms face many unresolved problems.This article systematically analyzes the connotation and characteristics of smart classrooms and flipped classrooms in the context of Internet +,and analyzes the theoretical basis and main functions of flipped classrooms.Based on a survey of the current situation and needs of primary school students 'Mathematics learning,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional Mathematics teaching mode of elementary school students at the current stage.Based on the analysis of students' learning characteristics and teaching content,it refers to the existing teaching experience of flipped classrooms,and formulates in line with student learning.The situation needs to reverse the classroom teaching strategy and give practical teaching practice.The primary school Mathematics flipped classroom teaching based on OKAY PAD,we must first promote the construction of learning resources.This requires that the micro-class before class design is short and precise,with high affinity and strong fun.Teachers should arrange exercises before class reasonably,which will cause students to think and expand their thinking.Pre-class learning resources prepared for students need to comprehensively use multiple media to display teaching content in a graphic and textual way.In the implementation process,the flipped classroom teaching based on the OKAY PAD platform includes the following five links: self-study before class,self-study results display,practice consolidation,ability expansion,and summary feedback.Through teaching practice,it is found that the flipped classroom based on OKAY PAD has the following advantages compared to traditional classrooms: First,in the practice process of the flipped classroom based on OKAY PAD,teachers can analyze the weak points of each student's knowledge through big data in an accurate manner.Finding problems and explaining effectively has greatly improved teaching efficiency.Second,in the flipped class based on OKAY PAD,students can more conveniently find a learning method that suits them,implement teaching according to their aptitude,and meet personalized learning needs.At the same time,change from passive to active,and improve comprehensive capabilities such as cooperative exploration and problem solving.Limited by many factors,such as traditional teaching practices,school learning culture,traditional concepts,information literacy of teachers and students,and students' ability to learn autonomously,there are also some shortcomings in flipped the classroom.First,there is a lack of normalized educational practice and participation.Fewer teachers to flipped classroom practice.The second is the flipped of the classroom in terms of teaching concepts,teaching strategies,lesson preparation methods,teaching processes,teaching methods,etc.,putting higher demands on teachers and increasing teachers' teaching burden.The third is the high requirements on the quality of students,especially the ability to learn independently.Improper use will increase the student's learning burden.Fourth,the system teaching strategy is not perfect and the corresponding evaluation mechanism is lacking.Fifth,the price of learning terminals is high,and it is difficult to popularize them nationwide in a short time.Based on the above,if the flipped classroom is to be promoted to a greater extent,the following should be done: First,optimize the soft environment of the flipped classroom,and encourage some teachers to do it first to gradually achieve the divergence,standardization and optimization of the flipped classroom teaching model;meanwhile,pay attention to the curriculum Guarantee,adhere to the steady advancement of the flipped classroom,pragmatic advancement,pay attention to the effectiveness of the flipped classroom,pay attention to the cooperation and coordination of school leaders,teachers,technicians,students,parents.The second is to improve the information technology ability of teachers in making micro-lessons and using electronic education products and software,so that teachers can spend more time on flipped the classroom instead of making.The third is to play a leading role in the backbone,realize resource sharing,and build a rich and powerful network resource library,so that more teachers can become users of flipped classrooms.The fourth is to make reasonable arrangements based on the subject and academic situation,not to do a one-size-fits-all,find the most suitable position for flipped classrooms,give full play to its effectiveness,and make flipped classrooms a dynamic classroom reform.Fifth,the state encourages the research and development of mobile terminals for professional education and subsidizes the reduction of equipment prices.Led by the government,the education administrative department takes the lead to increase capital investment to appropriately reduce or eliminate the financial burden of parents.At the same time,we will control the development of high-quality mobile terminal apps such as computers and mobile phones,and build a variety of ways to improve the technical support of classroom education.
