Research On The Competency Model Construction Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Team

Competency model is an important tool for quality evaluation.The competency model of college students' entrepreneurial team can serve as a measure to evaluate the entrepreneurial quality of college students' entrepreneurial team.Also,it is a significant guidance in forming and training the entrepreneurial team of college students,as well as developing entrepreneurship education for them.The author first obtained research materials from the interviews of some college students' entrepreneurial teams and relevant reports on some online platforms.Next,the competence characteristics of these college students' entrepreneurial teams were extracted by means of open coding,spindle coding,and selective coding based on grounded theoretical research methods.On this basis,the research hypothesis of the relationship between the competence characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial team and the entrepreneurial performance was proposed,and the research hypothesis was tested by an empirical study to guarantee the rationality of the characteristics.Finally,the weights of all competence characteristics of the college student entrepreneurial teams were measured by the analytic hierarchy process,and on this basis,the competency model of the college student entrepreneurial teams was constructed.The research shows that:(1)the college student entrepreneurial team competency model is composed of 9 characteristics in 3 dimensions.Among them,the team competence dimension included opportunity competence,marketing competence and entrepreneurship learning competence.The entrepreneurship dimension included commitment competence,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial goal identification competence.The team relationship dimension includes external relationship competence,communication and collaboration competence and team role management competence.(2)In the college student entrepreneurial team competency model,the weight of the team competence dimension is close to half with 0.4934,which is the critical dimension for the entrepreneurial team to achieve success.The weights of entrepreneurship dimension and the team relationship dimension are 0.3108 and 0.1958 respectively.The weights of all the competence characteristics ranking from top to bottom are opportunity competence,commitment competence,marketing competence,external relationship competence,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial learning competence,communication and collaboration competence,entrepreneurial goal identification,and team role management competence.The significance of every competence characteristic has obvious difference for the college students' entrepreneurial teams.
