| Objective: badminton sport has the characteristics of strong antagonism, strong strength and high requirements for the physical quality of the athletes. The badminton enthusiasts who love badminton but have no systematic training are deeply disturbed by the sports injuries of the tennis elbow, shoulder, knee and ankle.Functional action screening(FMS)is a set of 7 test actions, which can be used to test the functional disorder and the potential damage risk of the human body in the process of exercise. But at present, the FMS test is mainly applied to the research fields of special athletes and college students’ physique detection. Therefore, this study applies the FMS test to middle age badminton enthusiasts to detect whether there is a risk of sports defects and potential sports injuries, and to develop a scientific intervention program to improve and improve badminton hobbies by combining the function training system that focuses on optimizing the movement pattern and improving the physical ability of the body. The exercise ability of the person reduces the risk of sports injury. Methods: first of all,22 subjects were tested by FMS,and 12 weeks of functional training were developed for the subjects in the results of the first FMS test, and the FMS test was carried out again after the intervention.Excel software was applied to the test results before and after the intervention, and a single sample T test was applied to the results of pre intervention test with SPSS18.0 software, and the paired sample T test was carried out before and after the intervention,in order to detect whether the ability to complete the action after intervention was different from that before intervention. Results: the average score of total scores on both sides of the body was 16.09 and 17.23,compared with the average score of 15.14 and 15.95(P < 0.01)before the intervention(P < 0.01).2.from the gender perspective, the average score of the two sides of the male subjects was 15.38 and 16.63,compared with 14.50 and 15.44 before the intervention. There were often significant differences(P < 0.01),while the average scores of female subjects were divided into 18 points and 18.83 points on both sides,16.83 and 17.33 before intervention(P > 0.05).After 3.intervention,the average scores of bilateral shoulder flexibility tests and right knee leg lifting were 2.23,2.27 and 2.41,compared with intervention. There were significant differences in the first 1.95,2.05 and 2.23 points(P < 0.05);the right rotation stability test of the 4.dry prognosis was 2.09 points, compared with the average score of 1.77 before intervention(P < 0.01).In addition, the other tests were not significantly different than those before intervention(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.before intervention, the results of FMS test were generally poor. The specific performance was: poor flexibility, weak core area strength, poor body stability and poor performance quality. Some subjects were unable to complete the test action due to pain;2.before intervention, there were gender differences in the results of the test results, and the female subjects were not stable. The rest of the test results were superior to those of the male subjects;the 3.12 weeks of functional training effectively improved the body flexibility, stability and the quality of the exercise, especially for the male subjects, and the 4.12 weeks of functional training could effectively reduce the risk of sports injury. |
