High school physics exercise course is an important part of high school physics course system,which has a deep impact on the development of students' thinking ability.Due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode and the college entrance examination system,the current physics exercise teaching in our country is slightly inadequate in cultivating students' innovative thinking ability and problem-solving ability.In recent years,stem education has become an important topic of science education research at home and abroad.The combination of stem education and high school physics teaching can cultivate students' ability to solve problems,meet the country's requirements for new talents to the greatest extent,and promote the reform of physics education.Therefore,this study will seek the way and method of integration of stem education concept and physics exercise teaching.Try to make contribution to deepen and expand the physics curriculum and teaching theory,and provide suggestions for the compilation and revision of physics textbooks.This paper mainly includes the following five aspects:The first part mainly discusses the research background,the connotation of stem education,the development status of stem education concept at home and abroad,the research status of physics teaching based on stem education in China,and the content and method of thisresearch.The second part defines the concepts of physics exercises and teaching design of physics exercises,discusses the pedagogical theories related to this study,and expounds the theoretical basis of the integration of physics exercises teaching and stem education.In the third part,on the basis of fully understanding stem education concept,the exercises based on stem concept are classified,the characteristics of exercises based on stem concept are described,and the principles and steps of exercise teaching design based on stem concept are attempted to be constructed.In the fourth part,based on the steps of exercise teaching design based on stem concept,two examples of teaching design that can fully reflect stem education are compiled,reflecting the feasibility of integration of stem education and exercise teaching.The fifth part summarizes the research.Exercise teaching based on stem concept is feasible and universal,which is also the direction of my future teaching practice.
