The Study Of Multiple Co-governance In Universities From The Perspective Of Rule Of Law

Under the background of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,comprehensively deepening the modernization of higher education reform and promoting the legalization of university governance have pointed out the direction for the reform of university internal governance in China.The internal governance of the university is relative to the external governance,and its core concepts of governance are co-governance,rule of law,good governance.In the governance of modern universities in our country,we must meet the needs of multiple subjects.Especially for the internal governance of universities,it is particularly important to pay attention to and analyze the needs of multiple subjects.It is the key of contemporary university governance to solve the problems existing in the internal governance of universities through the interaction of multiple subjects.At the same time,puts the university internal governance under the perspective of the rule of law,request the value significance of the rule of law and practice the implementation of the each link of university internal governance,from the internal governance,laying solid foundation of the rule of law,with emphasis on the common university multiple governance body internal governance and,on the basis of multiple interactions,realize the combination of multiple rule and the rule of law,In order to form the leadership of the party committee,the principal is responsible for the participation of teachers and students in the social coordination,and the internal governance system of the university is guaranteed by law,which is helpful to realize efficiency and fairness of the university internal governance,to achieve a modern university management rule,rule of law and good governance.Based on the perspective of the rule of law,this paper studies the multiple co-governance within the university through the scientific methods of investigation,descriptive research and literature research.The main purpose of the research is to realize the organic combination of multiple co-governance and the rule of law within the university,to further realize the democracy and the rule of law inside the university.Firstly,this paper analyzes and thinks about the concepts of university internal governance,university external governance,university internal governance structure and university pluralistic co-governance,and expounds the theoretical basis of university internal governance.Secondly,it explains the value and requirements ofthe rule of law on the internal governance of the university.By analyzing and studying the common problems in the university,this paper proposes to combine the pluralistic co-governance and the rule of law in the university,and further explore the way to embed the modern rule of law civilization into the pluralistic co-governance in the university,so as to improve the pluralistic co-governance and the rule of law in the university and promote the modernization of the governance ability and system.
