In recent years,the government has promulgated a series of policies and documents to speed up the construction of education informatization.On April 13,2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Education Informatization 2.0 action plan,proposing to implement the Comprehensive Information Literacy promotion action and vigorously enhance teachers' information literacy,encouraging teachers to actively adapt to new technological changes such as informatization and artificial intelligence,and actively and effectively carry out education and teaching.With the rapid development of Information Technology,integrated teaching machine,interactive electronic whiteboard,tablet computer,smart phone,AR / VR technology,smart robot and other technologies are pouring into kindergartens,it has an important influence on the teaching environment,teaching contents and teaching methods of kindergarten.In order to cope with the severe challenge to teachers in the era of educational information,kindergarten teachers must have good information technology literacy.No doubt,information technology literacy is an indispensable part of kindergarten teachers' professionalism in the background of the era of educational informationization.However,the current pre-school education information is the weak link of educational informationization,kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy is the key factor restricting the long-term development of pre-school educational informationization.In addition,there is little concern about information technology literacy of kindergarten teachers.What is information technology literacy of kindergarten teachers? What is the status quo of kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy? What are the problems? What factors affect the information technology literacy of kindergarten teachers? These questions need further study.The main contents of this study include four parts:The first part is the structure and research tool of kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy.After sorting out the existing research literature,the concept of kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy is defined.This paper divides the structure of kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy into four dimensions,which are information technology consciousness attitude,information technology application knowledge,information technology application ability and information technology application ethics.The dimension of information technology consciousness includes two sub-dimensions: technology value and technology attitude,and the information technology ability includes two sub-dimensions: technology operation ability and technology teaching ability.The information technology literacy questionnaire for kindergarten teachers has good reliability and validity.The second part is the kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy survey results and analysis.This study investigated 294 kindergarten teachers in Chongqing,and interviewed 10 of them,in order to figure out the status quo of information technology literacy of kindergarten teachers in Chongqing.The results show that,on the whole,the overall level of information technology literacy of kindergarten teachers in Chongqing is high,and the score of "information technology consciousness attitude" is the highest in all dimensions,secondly,then "information technology application ethics" and "information technology application knowledge",and "information technology application ability" score the lowest.As far as the demographic background variables are concerned,there is no significant difference in information technology literacy among kindergarten teachers of different ages,years of schooling,educational background and professional background,there are significant differences among kindergarten teachers with different professional titles in the dimension of "technical operation ability".As far as the kindergarten background variables are concerned,there are significant differences in information technology literacy among kindergarten teachers in different levels and regions,but there is no significant difference in information technology literacy among kindergarten teachers in different nature.The third part is the kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy existence question and the influence factor analysis.Generally speaking,it is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: at the level of information technology application knowledge,kindergarten teachers' knowledge base of IT is relatively weak;the ability of integrating information technology with education and teaching needs to be improved,the awareness and ability of checking information technology resources and tools are not enough in the aspect of information technology application ethics,and the cultivation of young children's awareness of technology ethics is not enough.This study analyzed the influencing factors from individual level,kindergarten level and social level.The main factors that affect the kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy are the teachers' attitude to the application of IT,the support and in-service training at the kindergarten level,and the pre-service training and policy support at the social level.The fourth part is the kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy suggestion countermeasure.First,macro-level,strengthen the top-level design,the development of kindergarten teachers ability to apply information technology standards.Second,at the medium level,the quality of pre-and post-vocational training should be improved.The contents of pre-service training courses should be updated,and the integration of information technology and professional courses should be emphasized.Third,at the micro level,strengthen the practice of information technology teaching reflection,building information technology literacy learning "community".The kindergarten should strengthen the kindergarten-based training,construct the "learning community" of the teachers information technology literacy,promote the kindergarten teachers' information technology literacy through teaching practice and reflection.
