With the continuous in-depth integration and innovation of emerging information technologies,such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and mobile Internet,and higher education,higher education has ushered in unprecedented strategic opportunities in the field of innovating educational teaching methods and building high-quality web-based teaching resources.Aesthetic education in colleges and universities shoulders the important task of improving students' aesthetic accomplishment and humanistic accomplishment and cultivating their aesthetic appreciation,expressiveness and creativity on the basis of specialization.Its teaching reform is also imperative.In 2015,the general office of the state council issued the "opinions on comprehensively strengthening and improving aesthetic education in schools",which has pointed out that colleges and universities should vigorously develop high-quality aesthetic education digital education resources in combination with the new situation of "Internet +" development.In 2019,the ministry of education issued the "opinions on strengthening the work of aesthetic education in colleges and universities in the new era",which again proposed the construction of a batch of high-quality aesthetic education moocs,namely the web-based teaching resources of aesthetic education.From the practical situation,although there are a lot of web-based teaching resources of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,the high-quality web-based teaching resources of aesthetic education in colleges and universities are still in short supply,which is not suitable for students' demand and expectation.Evaluation has the unique function of feedback,diagnosis and guidance,so it is a powerful lever to build a scientific,effective and aesthetic web-based teaching resource of high quality college aesthetic education.However,the current web-based teaching evaluation of college aesthetic education adopts the general standards of web-based teaching evaluation,which does not highlight the special objectives,contents and functions of college aesthetic education.It is difficult to reveal the essence of the web-based teaching of college aesthetic education,and does not have the function of evaluating the web-based teaching of college aesthetic education.Therefore,how to evaluate the web-based teaching of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities is the core issue of this study.We should not only consider the content and law of aesthetic education as emotional education and personality education,but also consider the distinct characteristics of web-based teaching with time-space separation and fragmented learning.Around this core question,the following questions are derived: What is the basis for the evaluation? What is the evaluation content? How to evaluate?This study attempts to solve the above problems by using literature method,expert investigation method,logarithmic weighting method and other methods,thus forming the main content of the study,including:Research one:The main theoretical basis of evaluation is determined,and according to the characteristics of teaching content,the web-based teaching activities of aesthetic education in colleges and universities are divided into four types,corresponding to the realization of specific aesthetic education objectives,laying a foundation for the positioning of evaluation objectives.Research two: Building a reasonable and logical evaluation target system(which is the answer of “What is the basis for the evaluation?”).The overall goal is to realize the students' aesthetic development in the harmonious unity of the logical beauty and the external formal beauty,which requires the teaching of beauty and the students' development goal to be achieved at the same time.According to the view of system theory,the sub-goals of perfect conditions,perfect process and exquisite results are promoted and linked one by one to achieve the overall goal.Research three: The evaluation contents of 8 aspects are determined: web-based teaching platform,learning support service,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching implementation,teaching methods,learning discussion and students' work performance(which is the answer of “What is the evaluation content?”).Research four: The richness and complexity of evaluation content determine the diversity of methods.Therefore,under the evaluation form of indicator system,the evaluation method of organic combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,regular internal evaluation and external evaluation within a reasonable time range is selected(which is the answer of “How to evaluate?”).Research five: Based on the above analysis of evaluation objectives,contents and methods,the evaluation index system of aesthetic education web-based teaching in colleges and universities is constructed(which is the answer of “what to use for the evaluation?”).Firstly,the evaluation objective system is decomposed into evaluation content and evaluation items,and then reasonably converted into evaluation indicators.At the same time,the index description is added,and the rough frame of the index system is preliminarily constructed.Then,the expert survey method is used to investigate the necessity and explanation of the index system.The consensus rate of the two rounds of expert questionnaire survey is over 80%,reaching an agreement.After quantitative and qualitative analysis,the evaluation index system and framework of web-based teaching of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities are reconstructed,including 8 first level indexes and 22 second level indexes.Finally,due to the difference in the role and importance of each index in web-based teaching activities of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities,a questionnaire with relative weight was sent to the expert group.According to the statistical results,the corresponding weight of each index is allocated by using the logarithmic weighting method,and the relative weight system of web-based teaching evaluation of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities is constructed.The reliability and validity of the evaluation index system are tested by evaluating 20 colleges and universities aesthetic education web-based teaching activities.In the reliability test,the spearman rank correlation coefficient was up to 0.843,showing a high consistency.In the validity test,the validity of the criterion correlation is greater than or equal to 0.637,with the correlation of medium strength,which proves that it is indeed reasonable,effective,reliable and stable.The smooth implementation of web-based teaching evaluation of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities can not be separated from the establishment of guarantee,personnel support and intelligent platform construction of web-based teaching evaluation of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities.Platform construction is the key to implementation,which requires the use of emerging technologies to collect,store and analyze data intelligently.Combined with the evaluation index of webbased teaching of aesthetic education in Colleges and universities,scientific and accurate evaluation is made,and intelligent improvement decisions and plans are provided for teachers and students.
