| The school-based curriculum system is a curriculum system formed by optimizing and integrating three kinds of national curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum according to a certain proportion structure,in order to meet the development of school and teachers and students,based on the use of resources inside and outside the school.The school-based curriculum system is the inevitable choice for the development of the school curriculum construction to a certain stage,and is the advanced stage of the development of the curriculum system.With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform in China,schools pay more and more attention to school-based education,and attach importance to the development of individuation and quality.At the same time,we constantly think about the relationship between school culture and the construction of school-based curriculum system,and put forward that we should enrich the connotation of school culture,make the school-based curriculum system rooted in school culture,and truly implement the school culture into practice.In the course teaching,we should constantly promote the development of school connotation.This paper first introduces the origin and background of the research,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research.Through the literature review,we further understand and master the current situation and future development trend of the research,and put forward the research ideas and methods,difficult points and innovation points.which is the premise and foundation for further development of this study and provides direction and guidance for this study.Then it analyzes the current situation of the school-based curriculum system in primary schools,shows the actualsituation of the school-based curriculum system in primary schools through interview investigation,literature research and case study,and the problems existing in the development process,and makes an attribution analysis of the problems.The important variable of school culture provides reasonable basis.Secondly,the thesis makes a clear understanding of the connotation of the school-based curriculum system based on school culture and further analyzes its structural elements.On this basis,the interrelation and function of school culture and school-based curriculum system are deeply analyzed,and the value and significance of constructing school-based curriculum system based on school culture are discussed,which provides a strong topic support for the development of this study.Then it expounds the planning and construction of school-based curriculum system based on school culture from the macro level,including school situation analysis,goal setting,structure organization,concrete content,implementation and evaluation,etc.Finally,using the method of case analysis and comparative study,four primary schools in Zhejiang province are selected to implement the characteristic school-based curriculum system,which is based on different school culture,and the experience and reflection on the construction process of school-based curriculum system in case schools are analyzed.This paper further refines the achievements of school-based curriculum system,tries to get the general model of constructing school-based curriculum system in primary school,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the construction of school-based curriculum system based on school culture. |
