In recent years,although vocational education has developed rapidly,it still can not adapt to the transformation of the economic development mode,so our country has increased the policy support and capital input to vocational education,which makes the vocational education facing threats but also faces important opportunities for development.In this environment,the development of S secondary vocational school is facing many problems,such as the fierce competition and the establishment of demonstration schools.How to grasp the opportunity to achieve better development has become a problem that must be considered.Therefore,it is necessary to study the actual situation of S secondary vocational school and formulate the development strategy of the school.Based on S secondary vocational school as the research object,using PEST analysis,porter five models to analyze and study the external environment of S secondary vocational school,find out the opportunities and threats facing the development of the school,and through the study of the internal environment of the school,such as resources and capabilities,find out the internal advantages and disadvantages of the school.On the basis of this,SWOT matrix is adopted to analyze and put forward the development strategy suitable for S secondary vocational school: to implement the integrated strategy and brand strategy.Finally,put forward the development strategy implementation and safeguard measure: perfecting the system construction and realizing the standard management;strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving the overall quality;exploring the form of cooperation to realize the win-win situation of the school and enterprise;strengthening professional construction and establishing characteristic brands;strengthening the construction of campus culture and creating a good atmosphere;enhancing social services and wining social benefits.The purpose of this study is to find out the problems in the development of S secondary vocational school,the feasible development strategy for S secondary vocational school,provide scientific reference basis for the long-term development of S secondary vocational school.At the same time,it provides reference for the development of other secondary vocational schools.
