Core quality is the essential character and key ability that students form gradually in the process of receiving the corresponding education to meet the needs of personal lifelong development and social development.In September 2016,the release of "Chinese Students' Development of Core Literacy" marked that China's basic education curriculum reform has entered the "era of core literacy".Under this background,the new curriculum reform which aims at cultivating the core accomplishment is gradually carried out.Because school-based curriculum is very important to supplement the official national curriculum,and it is also an important part of the construction of characteristic subjects and the development of students' ability,how to cultivate students' core quality through school-based curriculum has become a practical problem in the current basic education reform.Although there have been some researches on the development of music school-based curriculum,few of them pay attention to it from the perspective of core literacy.This paper takes junior high school in Chengdu High-tech Zone as an example to investigate the current situation of school-based curriculum development under the background of core literacy,and puts forward countermeasures for the development of school-based music curriculum based on the current situation.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction: It mainly expounds the origin,purpose and significance of the research,and puts forward the research problems based on the domestic and foreign research trends and status quo,and puts forward the research ideas and methods for the research problems.The first part is a theoretical overview of the research on the development of music school-based curriculum under the background of core literacy.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts,this paper puts forward the value of school-based curriculum under the background of core literacy,and the important value of school-based music curriculum in cultivating students' core literacy.The second part: The present situation of music school-based curriculum development under the background of core literacy is investigated.This study takes junior high school of Chengdu High-tech Zone as an example,using questionnaire method and interview method respectively to carry out investigation and research.Through a questionnaire survey of 43 music teachers in 21 junior high schools in the district,it is found that although most schools have developed school-based music curriculum,the value and purpose of the curriculum is not clear enough,the quality of the curriculum needs to be improved,and the school-based curriculum development that focuses on the cultivation of students' core quality is very few.A semi-structured interview survey of music teachers in 21 junior high schools found that more than half of the music teachers could not develop school-based music curriculum with the core literacy as the orientation.The third part: A case study on the development of music school-based curriculum under the background of core literacy.Through investigation and research,it is found that although there are many problems in the development of school-based music curriculum in the area of jurisdiction,there are some schools with distinctive music school-based curriculum development.Therefore,this part takes J Middle School of Chengdu High-tech Zone as an example to carry out a case study.The study found that J Middle School broke the barriers between various disciplines in the process of school-based curriculum development,developed a "large course" system with its own characteristics,focused on the cultivation of students' core literacy,and curriculum development aimed at cultivating all-round development of people,so it has certain promotion and reference value.The fourth part: put forward the corresponding countermeasures of music school-based curriculum development under the background of core literacy.Based on the current situation investigation and case study,this paper puts forward some curriculum development countermeasures,such as strengthening the core literacy orientation,digging up local curriculum resources,paying attention to multi-party participation and cooperation,and improving the curriculum evaluation system.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the future research trend is forecasted.Based on the current situation investigation and case study,this paper makes a systematic research on the development of music school-based curriculum under the background of core literacy,and puts forward some countermeasures.This study broadens the perspective of music school-based curriculum research and can provide some references for the development of the current junior high school music school-based curriculum.
