| Geography is a basic course with the characteristic of both natural and social subjects.With the new curriculum reform,more and more attention has been paid to the development and utilization of off-campus curriculum resources,among which popular science venues have become the first choice for many schools and teachers to carry out off-campus teaching activities with their rich scientific knowledge and curriculum resources.Because of the comprehensiveness of geography,geography can be found in many popular science venues,such as museums,planetariums,science and technology museums,and used as curriculum resources.The development and utilization of these resources is not only an effective supplement to the curriculum resources in schools,but also an effective way to further develop and realize their value.This paper mainly uses literature research method,case analysis method,action research method and field investigation method to study the development and application of junior high school geography curriculum resources in popular science venues.The main research contents are as follows :(1)the theoretical basis of the development and utilization of geography curriculum resources in science popularization venues;(2)the case analysis of the contents and characteristics of the existing education activities in science popularization venues;(3)the case design using geography curriculum resources in Inner Mongolia Natural and History Museum.First of all,through the domestic and foreign literature to analyze the relevant concepts and theories,the main content and theoretical basis of this study,on the basis of understanding the background of the development and utilization of curriculum resources in popular science venues,the characteristics,classification,development principles and development steps of geographical curriculum resources in popular science venues are summarized.In addition,9 educational programs in six museums in China and abroad are studied by case analysis,and the contents,methods and characteristics of curriculum resources development and utilization are analyzed and summarized,which provides ideas and certain references for the case design of this paper.Case design and development part combined with the previous theoretical basis and domestic and foreign case analysis results,the Inner Mongolia Museum of Natural History of junior high school geography curriculum resources statistics,analysis and screening,with classroom teaching activities,venue education activities and holiday assignments in three different ways to design and implement the case.Finally,it is concluded that the development of curriculum resources of popular science venues is of great value,the development level of curriculum resources needs to be improved,and the cooperation libraries and schools is the best way to develop the curriculum resources. |
