The level of basic scientific research is the cornerstone of a country's scientific and technological innovation.Higher education of science cultivates a large number of scientific and technological innovation talents for the basic scientific research,so its reform and development have a major role in pushing forward the progress of China's science and technology. In China's "double first-class" colleges and universities,as undergraduates majoring in science are talents needed by the state and society, whether they have good learning behavior has become an urgent question to be answered. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study their learning behavior. The main purpose of this study is to understand the current status of learning behaviors of undergraduate freshmen in "double first-class" universities,to gain a deeper understanding of the main factors affecting freshmen's learning behaviors, and to provide suggestions for improving their adaptability.Based on the theoretical models of Astin and Pascarella, this study constructs a research framework of "input process output".It divides learning behavior into curriculum learning behavior, extracurricular extended learning behavior, online information utilization behavior and offline interactive help-seeking behavior. Its influencing factors include perceived classroom learning environment and campus learning environment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the questionnaire data of 506 science freshmen, presents the current situation and internal differences of learning behavior of science freshmen, and then analyzes the influencing factors of learning behavior of science freshmen. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first, the overall learning behavior of "double first-class" college science freshmen is at a low level,in which the level of curriculum learning behavior is higher than that of extracurricular extended learning behavior, and the level of information use learning behavior investment is higher than that of interactive help seeking behavior;second, during the period of university, being a student leader will have a significant positive impact on their overall learning behavior, course learning behavior, information utilization behavior and interactive help seeking behavior. The degree of investment in learning behavior of science freshmen majoring in mathematics in H University is significantly lower than that of science freshmen majoring in other majors.Thirdly, the results of college entrance examination, subjects of college entrance examination and the type of household registration will not have a significant impact on their learning behavior Fourth, the perceived learning environment will have a significant positive impact on the learning behavior of science freshmen;fifth, the campus support variables will have a weak impact on the learning behavior of science freshmen.Based on the above conclusion, for the learning behavior of the undergraduates majoring in science, the influence of the educational process on the learning behavior is more important than the influence of the external conditions before entering the University.Among them, the classroom learning environment is the most important factor affecting the learning behavior of science freshmen. In order to further improve the learning behavior input of undergraduate students majoring in Science in "double first-class" colleges and universities, colleges and universities should provide a learning environment suitable for their development, improve the quality of undergraduate classroom teaching, attach importance to the reform of classroom teaching, and improve the teaching and academic level of teachers by promoting the reform of undergraduate education and teaching at the level of departments and specialties.
