The school-based curriculum is an integral part of the basic education curriculum,which,together with the national and local curriculum,forms a "three-tier curriculum"structure,2017 General Senior High School Curriculum Plan stipulates that senior high school biology curriculum will offer compulsory,elective ? and Elective ? cours es,and categorizes school-based curriculum modules into elective ? courses.The deve lopment of school-based curriculum can make up for the shortage of National Curricu lum Development,meet the personality requirements of students in different areas,and improve the core quality of biology of students.This paper uses literature research method and action research method to develop and practice the school-based curriculum of "Home Oil Camphor Tree" from the per spective of core literacy.First of all,through the literature review of a large number of journals on school-based curriculum development,biological curriculum monographs and teaching monographs,summed up the domestic and foreign theoretical and practi cal exploration of the experience gained,this paper analyzes the present situation of t he school-based curriculum development of "home oil camphor tree" from the perspec tive of core literacy,and the results show that it is necessary to study the school-bas ed curriculum development and practice of "Home Oil Camphor Tree" from the persp ective of core literacy,on the one hand,it can be used to fill in the blank of this research.On the other hand,it can also serve as a reference model for other school-based curriculum development in Yibin.Thenthe SWOT model is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the school.The result shows that the school-based curriculum of "home oil camphor tree" has the internal and external conditions of development.Then,according to the theory of Environmental Model Development put forward by Skilbeck,the curriculum objectives,the selection and design of curric ulum content,and the compilation of teaching materials are carried out to make full preparations for the implementation of this course.The implementation of the curricul um starts from the students'choice of courses.Through the school-based Curriculum Promotion Association,the students are guided to choose the school-based courses based on their interests.Through teaching method,inquiry teaching method,cooperative learning and other teaching strategies,students can master the basic knowledge and skills of the school-based curriculum of "home oil camphor tree" in class and after-class activities,improving students'biological core literacy.Finally,from the student academic evaluation and the evaluation of the curricul um itself two aspects of "home oil camphor tree" school-based curriculum for a comp rehensive evaluation.A variety of assessment methods are used to evaluate students'ac ademic achievements,including formative assessment in the teaching process and sum mative assessment at the end of the semester.The formative assessment method adopts three methods:Student self-assessment,peer-assessment and teacher-assessment,and through the feedback of the results,it promotes the students to correct the short-term learning problems in time and improves their learning interest.The summative assessment includes the test of biological knowledge and the test of experimental skill s.Through the analysis of students'scores,it shows that the students have achieved their goals in both knowledge and experimental skills,the core quality of biology has been improved.At the same time,the experts' evaluation of the curriculum itself shows that the school-based curriculum development and implementation of "home oil camph or tree" has been basically mature.
