Home teaching is one of the placement methods for children with special disabilities.Home-based education is provided for students with disabilities who are moderate to severe and cannot attend regular classes in ordinary schools.In order to further promote the fairness of education and "zero rejection" of students with disabilities,teachers walked into the students' homes and brought them knowledge,rehabilitation,care and hope.In recent years,home teaching work has been carried out in various parts of the country,and developed areas and national special education reform pilot zones have been at the forefront in the work.In Yunnan Province,Yuxi City took the lead in home teaching work in 2013,accumulating valuable work experience and forming a "Yuxi model" with distinctive characteristics,which is worthy of study by schools and teachers.This paper is based on the study of home teaching to the special children's groups in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County,Kunming,Yunnan Province.and uses the "Yuxi Model" as a reference to analyze the specialities and difficulties of special children in poor and backward minority areas.On this basis,targeted solutions and policy recommendations are proposed.The content of the study includes schools and teachers responsible for teaching,students with disabilities who receive teaching services and their parents,and other relevant departments involved in teaching.The school responsible for teaching was researched,and relevant information and first-hand materials were obtained through the Education and Sports Bureau,plus field observations,questionnaires,etc.,to understand how to coordinate arrangements and conduct teaching.Based on the analysis of the information sent to the students,119 disabled children receiving the service were selected for observation,research and analysis.Based on the core of the research problem,the relevant research results in China and abroad are summarized and analyzed.This article summarizes and analyzes the education experience in Yuxi City,with a view to providing reference and theoretical support for the education work in Luquan County.This paper discusses from thedimensions of schools,teachers,parents of students with disabilities,and other departments,and analyzes the correlation and influencing factors among the factors,as well as the difficulties encountered in the process of teaching.Explain the current status of the work and analyze the reasons.Finally,based on the analysis and summary of the full text,taking the "Yuxi Model" as an example for reference,in view of the difficulties and problems in the process of sending education in this autonomous county,corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward.Through this research,we explore a suitable practice path for teaching to the scattered and impoverished minority rural areas.
