Building collectivized schools could enlarge coverage of high-quality educational resources within the group.Collectivized schools could mean a process of creating value.Collectivizing schools can improve the competitiveness of schools.In the process of mergers and acquisitions,how to enhance schools cooperation and improve competitiveness is the source of value for mergers and acquisitions.In other words,the synergy determines the value created by the school after the merge.Collectivized schools reallocate and reconfigure resources that are advantageous and uniquely competitive in both schools,as well as education and teaching technology.The increased value of synergy effects can enhance the school's competitiveness and advantage.To evaluate performance we could use a series of indicators and a system.This paper establishes a model.By comparing the scores of various departments,you can find out which departments in the system should improve in synergy and take targeted measures.This paper's research on synergy performance is actually the evaluation of the effect of collectivized schools.Cooperation is a need.Synergy will affect the effectiveness of collectivized schools.The model can be widely applied to other collectivized schools,and even among other collectivized schools.The model could also compare collectivized schools in collaboration for them to learn from each other and achieve better collaboration.
