The traditional class teaching system is affected by the teaching conditions,and it has not done enough to face the whole and take care of the differences.Although "stratified teaching" and "individualized teaching" have provided us with certain experience,there is still a lack of comprehensive and systematic research.It is difficult to take care of the differences among all students in class teaching.In response to this problem,in order to pay attention to the individual differences of students and promote the comprehensive development of each student,teachers should carry out the difference teaching based on the differences of students as the starting point and the foothold.When applying differential teaching to the specific teaching process of high school ideological and political education,it is found that the difference teaching has the following problems: the teacher's analysis of the high school students' academic situation is too one-sided;the "economic life" teaching design is too rigid;the evaluation criteria for students are too single.The reasons for these problems are: "Economic Life" has high requirements for teachers' differential teaching,and it is difficult to implement;political teaching emphasizes the lighter process,students lack awareness of differences;class size is too large,teachers do not have enough teaching energy and time;teaching evaluation The system is not perfect.Therefore,in response to the problems in the political classroom,we should start from three aspects.First of all,it is necessary to base on the reality of high school political teachers,enhance teachers' ability to teach differences,and change teachers' teaching concepts.Secondly,it is necessary to pay attention to the physical and mental characteristics of high school students from different perspectives such as physiology,psychology,gender and age,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' difference consciousness.At the same time,in the evaluation stage,we must pay more attention to the process difference evaluation to help students achieve their own differentiated development.Finally,the implementation of a new initiative in school teaching from theory to practice is inseparable from the support and cooperation of the education sector and schools.The promotion and popularization of differential teaching needs to be achieved through the above channels.
