The junior high school "Moral and Rule of Law" course focuses on the cultivation of emotional attitudes and values,the learning of knowledge and the improvement of abilities.In terms of overall development,integrating emotional education into the ethics and rule of law lesson in junior high schools will help to promote mutual understanding between teachers and students,increase emotional resonance between teachers and students,stimulate students' desire for knowledge,and improve their enthusiasm for learning.Therefore,we must pay attention to the use of emotional education in teaching,and at the same time we must improve some of the cognitive factors and irrational phenomena that ignore emotional factors in traditional teaching.Students in junior high school are still immature in terms of self-awareness,intellectual control,and emotions,and urgently need to be reasonably guided and assisted in teachers' emotional education in the critical period of growth.Therefore,from the perspective of the development of the subject goals of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school,the main content of the ethics and rule of law in junior high school is briefly summarized,and several teaching strategies are proposed for how to implement emotional education in school education.So as to improve the teaching efficiency of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,and to guide and regulate the role of education.Firstly,it puts forward the connotation definition of emotional education in the junior high school "Moral and Rule of Law" and the characteristics of emotional education.It discusses the comprehensive development of Marxist people in emotional education,Maslow's hierarchy of needs and Piaget's constructivist theory.As the main theoretical basis,the paper summarizes the main contents and necessity of emotional education in the curriculum of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The inevitable trend in the process of emotional education curriculum reform is the inherent requirement for improving the teaching effect,and it is the health of students.The urgent need to grow and the need to cultivate innovative talents.Secondly,combined with the current situation of emotional education in the course of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,the effects of improving teachers' recognition of the concept of emotional education,the spontaneous enhancement of the use of emotional education,and the significant improvement of students' autonomous learning ability in practical teaching are proposed.The main problems in classroom teaching are the ambiguity of some teachers 'attitudes and values towards goals,insufficient use of emotional materials,and neglect of the characteristics of students' individual emotional differences,and analyze the causes of the above problems.Finally,it discusses the principles and implementation strategies of emotional education in the"Moral and Rule of Law" class in junior high school.By explaining the principles of the times,the principle of mutual respect,the principle of moderation,and the principle of integration of reason and reason,it is proposed to strengthen the teaching of teachers before the implementation of teaching.Emotional literacy,clear three-dimensional goals,and emotional education preparation to actively create teaching situations.In classroom teaching,teachers should improve the ability of teaching design and strengthen the implementation of living teaching methods,improve the play of students 'subjectivity,fully grasp curriculum resources and tap the emotional factors in textbooks,enrich students' emotions through the use of role-playing,and teachers are good at using "to Multi-evaluation thinking of "learning and teaching".In extracurricular activities,teachers can enhance students 'emotions by developing thematic education activities to stimulate students' emotions and appropriately organize outdoor activities,actively play the positive role of emotional education,and promote the effective development of emotional education in the "Moral and Rule of Law"class,improving education Effective.
