With the continuous development of China's economy,the number of rural migrant workers is increasing.This phenomenon leaves a special group to the society,which we call left-behind children.Since the generation of left-behind children,not only people from all parties of society have paid attention to and studied them but also the whole society has paid great attention to them,which is a huge vulnerable group.Since the eighteenth Party Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that either from family to school or from the government to the community,they should not only consider the safety and health of children,but also shoulder the responsibility for the growth of these children.The education of left-behind children is related to the long-term stability and development of society.Therefore,as the competent department,the government should pay high attention to the education of left-behind children,practically improve the conditions of running a school and guarantee the abundant teachers.It should also strengthen the education management of left-behind children,improve the education mechanism of them and strive to providing guarantee for the healthy growth of left-behind children.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research,field research,comparison,interview,questionnaire and others to study the problems in the education and management of left-behind children.Through the statistical and the on-the-spot investigation and also the analysis of the data of the left-behind children of Xiushan county in Chongqing,I learned the current situation of the education of the left-behind children,the current situation of the government's education and the management of these children.Through the analysis I found the problems in the management of these left-behind children's education,for example,the formulation of policies and regulations is imperfect,the governmentg has not invested enough money and energy.Through the analysis of the problems,we can find the reasons,such as the unclear function,cognitive deficiency,inadequate managment etc.In terms of this issue,some countermeasures are put forward in this paper,such as strengthen the performance of government fuctions,implement the government's direct managment and strenghten indirect government managment of left-behind children un rural areas.By giving full play to the leading role of the government,increasing local financial investment and implementing the principle of education equity,we can improve the long-term mechanism of left-behind children's education.At the same time,it alsoactively explores the new methods of the government's education management for left-behind children,combine the mutual connection and cooperation among all the related departments,which is committed to jointly solving the education problems of left-behind children,so as to promote the healthy development of rural education and the harmonious development of society.
