Since the 1980 s,China has began to carry out deep-level reforms of the economic system.At the same time,it has also promoted the reforms of the agricultural production system.The agricultural labor productivity has continued to rise,and the level of productivity has gradually increased.Not only that,agricultural technology has also been significantly improved,and the level of mechanization has become higher and higher,but the area of cultivated land has been continuously reduced.This situation has led to the phenomenon of labor surplus in rural areas.With the continuous improvement of national policies,a large amount of surplus labor in rural areas has begun to find jobs in cities.However,because the rural household registration is restricted and the incomes of migrant workers are generally low,a large number of left-behind children have appeared in the countryside.The process of urbanization is continuously accelerating,the scale of population movement between urban and rural areas has become larger and larger,more and more rural laborers choose to work in the cities,and the number of left-behind children in rural areas has increased.For children,because they have been away from their parents since childhood,they have not been taken care of by their parents,they don't feel the warmth from their parents,and they don't receive a good family education.As a result,most left-behind children have various defects.left-behind children of different ages show different problems,especially left-behind children before school.Their educational problems are particularly prominent,such as intellectual development.In order to effectively improve the above situation,this article attempts to improve from the perspective of the roles of the government.On the basis of solving the problem of left-behind children's education,it will help promote the stable development of society and promote the development of education.This article selects the left-behind children in rural areas in preschool in Kaizhou District of Chongqing as the research object.Based on a survey of left-behindchildren's families of preschool age in Kaizhou District of Chongqing,with the urbanization process continues to accelerate,a large number of migrant workers in Chongqing enter the city to work,and rural areas appear a large number of remaining children.This study analyzes this phenomenon,studies the situation of preschool education for rural left-behind children,and divides preschool education into two types from the perspective of receiving preschool education.One is school education in preschool,and the other is preschool education in families,After passing the field survey,At the same time,in order to understand the basic situations of these children and some information of township governments,we made in-depth exchanges and communications with the left-behind children's families,the grass-roots organizations and the rural teachers,Based on these,from the perspectives of public management,the role and the performance of the local government in preschool education for rural left-behind children are explored,and suggestions for improving government functions are given to effectively improve the education level of left-behind children in rural areas in Kaizhou District of Chongqing.At the same time,it is also conducive to the local government in the Kaizhou District of Chongqing to perform their duties better,promoting the development of preschool education in rural areas,and laing the foundation for the long-term development of the local economy.
