While we are living in the era of information,all aspects of our lives have undergone continuous and tremendous changes.Not only is it changing the development model of the whole society,but also it fertilizes the social resources which human society relies on to survive,and even the survival situation and mode of human beings.As the saying goes: the survival of the fittest.Since the 1970 s,private higher education has been constantly groping forward and developing rapidly in a difficult way.At the beginning of the Renaissance,private colleges expected to implement the rapidly development of college through scale expansion.As a result,it became counterproductive.Therefore it is necessary and urgent for private colleges to regard the construction of inner quality as the key step of private college." The revitalization of education depends on teachers".Education should stick to teacher-orientation.Teachers are the founders of education,which promote the reform and development of education.If private colleges would like to have triumphal advantages in the increasingly furious competition,it is critical to pay more attention to the survival status of teachers in order to strengthen the construction of teachers.At present,there exists a deep-rooted prejudice in cognition,emotion,system ethics against private colleges and their teachers,which brings about the unfriendly and disharmonious living environment and precarious existence of teachers.Eventually,teachers in private colleges are in an unoptimistic and difficult state of existence,which affects the improvement and promotion of their survival quality.This research attempts to follow the guiding ideology of "historical investigation,practical observation,presenting problem,explanting cause and coming up countermeasures",and adopts the narrative research method to study on the survival status of teachers in private colleges.Through in-depth communication with three teachers working in Y college,listening to theirinner voice and specific typicality story in the three respect of admission decision,as it were,and the future expectation so as to reveal the survival status of teachers in current historical situation,in which the existence and career,material life and spiritual demand are interactive.The result of research indicates: Y college teachers' work environment being harmonious,professional identity being higher,but being unsatisfied with the welfare,social status and identity being unclear,professional development being limited,the professional-title evaluation being harsh,the sense of belonging to organization being weak,etc.Based on this,this paper analyzes the reasons from the following aspects:the decalage influence of traditional culture,the deviation of the system ethics,the internal management of private colleges being immobilized,the popularization of teachers' career,and the consciousness of the individual existence,and then puts forward the solution path from the three aspects of macro control,micro adjustment and individual integration.Among them,the macro-control aspect includes establishing a set of interest oversight and balance mechanism,clarifying the status of teaches in private colleges,improving the fund-raising mechanism,strengthening the top-level design of system to build a better policy environment.The aspect of Cultural Edification includes extracting the essence of traditional culture to build the culture of harmony in diversity emphasizing culture of social cooperation,and building a learning organizational culture,strengthening the cultural edification of harmonious coexistence to change social traditional prejudice and even creating a healthier social atmosphere.The micro-adjustment aspect includes improving the management system and creating a harmonious campus environment,such as Shaping unique management concept in order to strengthen humanistic care and paying attention to human values and dignity,establishing the prevention and control mechanism of teacher's survival risk,optimizing the management mechanism of teachers,etc.The aspect of individual integration includes changing the concept of "beingdrifting along" and establishing career development planning,increasing the survival wisdom of teachers,shaping the survival consciousness of teachers,promoting teachers to fulfill self-integration,etc.Eventually,it is the ultimate destination to promote the improvement of teachers' survival status in private colleges and enhance quality of teachers' life.
