| The central working conference proposed that we should actively and steadily promote the construction of new countryside,accelerate the improvement of living environment,improve the quality of farmers,and push forward the construction of "new rural areas with materials" and "new rural areas with people".The main body of new rural construction is farmers,and the implementers of new rural construction are also farmers.It is of great significance to cultivate a new professional peasant contingent who knows technology,can manage,and is good at using modern agricultural science and technology.In this historical background,the development of peasant vocational education has become the first act of building a new countryside.Taking Lianyungang City as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of Peasant Vocational education,summarizes the existing problems and reasons in the process of cultivation,and puts forward suggestions accordingly.Based on the above ideas,the contents are as follows:This study is divided into five parts,introduction and four chapters.The first part is the introduction,which is the basic part of this study.Firstly,it expounds the starting point of the study on the peasant vocational education in Lianyungang city,and introduces the research trends at home and abroad,as well as the purpose and significance of the study.In the first chapter,starting from the macro theory,this paper expounds the concept of new rural construction and Peasant Vocational education,introduces the situation of the research site from the micro perspective,and explains the research methods and research ideas.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of Peasant Vocational education,and summarizes the problems existing in the development of Peasant Vocational Education in Lianyungang City:peasants' lack of willingness to participate,imperfect training system,inadequate government policy support,inadequate funding and other issues.The third chapter summarizes the three major influencing factors of Peasant Vocational Education in Lianyungang,and analyzes the impact of peasant subject,training system and government policy on Peasant Vocational Education in detail.Finally,based on the previous research and analysis,in view of the problems of peasants' vocational education in Lianyungang,this paper argues that efforts should be made from the following aspects:strengthening publicity,cultivating peasants' willingness to participate in Vocational education;standardizing the training system,optimizing the training system;increasing financial investment,improving the support policy.All in all,the proposals hope to speed up the development of Peasant Vocational education,promote agricultural development,and promote the great process of building a new countryside in Lianyungang. |
