With the rapid development of contemporary education,educators are constantly innovating in education modes,and many learning methods have been developed and applied."Flipped classroom" is one of them.Many scholars have found through the study of "flipped classroom" that this mode of education can not only improve students' self-learning,but also enable them to develop good habits of pre-class and after-class review,which is in line with the requirements of modern education for talent training and conducive to students' lifelong multi-level learning.As the name suggests,online teaching is a way for teachers to display teaching content by using Internet technology as a teaching platform and using computers,cameras,mobile phones and other equipment and facilities as teaching carriers.This method is often combined with conventional teaching to form a combination mode of online and offline teaching.The online teaching in this study is pure online teaching,that is,all the contents and implementation process of teaching are put online.The implementation of this online teaching model in this study is based on the background conditions in which the COVID-19 outbreak in late 2019 prevents schools from carrying out normal routine teaching.The long duration of the co VID-19 epidemic has given students an "extra-long" holiday and made home-based online learning the norm,which has lasted for a semester.In this special period,schools can not carry out normal teaching,teachers can only adopt online teaching mode.However,how to cultivate students' self-learning ability,develop good self-learning habits and improve self-learning efficiency in the course of implementing teaching is a problem that troubles the majority of educators in online teaching.In this special period,school physical education is facing more challenges than other cultural courses.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools have made great efforts to provide online physical education courses.Aerobics is a comprehensive sports,aesthetics and art subject,not only can exercise the body,show personal charm,at the same time,can also cultivate students' teamwork ability.Nowadays,more and more schools set the course of aerobics as an elective physical education course,so that students can strengthen their exercise and improve their physical quality in the spare time.However,from the overall analysis,it can be seen that the calisthenics courses offered in colleges and universities have a relatively simple teaching form,shallow teaching content,lack of breadth and depth,which greatly affects students' enthusiasm for learning calisthenics.Through a large number of data by applying the method of literature,this study analyzed flip the basic theory of classroom teaching mode,research of many scholars analyzed with flip classroom teaching model,and through using the method of expert interview,on the advice of the experts and professors in combination with the characteristics of online teaching,design the aerobics online teaching methods and suitable for the questionnaire of this study;This study using the method of teaching experiment in hubei industrial vocational and technical college aerobics option course level 2018 students as experimental object,the operability of the teaching process of experiment,the students' autonomous learning after the experiment,self-efficacy level,aerobics related assessment indicators and student model analysis of the feedback of the investigation,through mathematical statistics,the reform of the experimental data and draw the conclusion:1.The application of flipped classroom in online calisthenics teaching is synchronic,independent and practical.It is not only helpful to enhance students' interest in learning in class,but also beneficial to strengthen the interaction and communication between teachers and students,and stimulate students' innovative thinking and independent learning ability.2.The application of flipped classroom model in online aerobics teaching not only has a solid theoretical foundation of self-learning theory,mastery learning theory,multiple intelligences theory and cognitive development theory,but also has strong time application value,which is worthy of in-depth research and discussion.3.Based on the survey of the students in the experimental class,basically all the students think that the new teaching mode has a great effect on mastering the techniques,skills and knowledge of calisthenics,and they are very positive about this teaching mode.4.After the teaching experiment,there are significant differences between the two groups of students in the five test indexes of the calisthenics test,indicating that the online calisthenics teaching based on the flipped classroom model can greatly improve and improve students' academic performance.5.After the teaching experiment,there are significant differences between the two groups in the examination of the four dimensions of the autonomous learning ability,indicating that the flipped classroom mode in the online calisthenics teaching can effectively improve the students' autonomous learning ability.6.After the teaching experiment,there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy between the two groups of students,which indicates that the flipped classroom mode in the online calistiology teaching can effectively improve students' self-efficacy.
