With the emergence of policy constraints and intensifying competition in the market environment,the Chinese liquor industry is facing a series of problems that affect the long-term healthy and stable development of the industry,including irrational industrial production structure,rising costs,and excessive stockpiling.Under the guidance of the country's industrial policies such as "controlling total volume,adjusting structure,supporting superior quality,reducing consumption,saving grain," and "adjusting the supply side",the time has come to intensify research on the drive for innovation in the liquor industry.It is necessary to sort out the key influencing factors and existing problems in the process of Chinese liquor industry's technological evolution,so as to find good strategies for industrial transformation and development.This paper mainly focuses on the technological evolution path of Chinese liquor industry through empirical analysis methods.The main content of this study can be divided into three parts.The first part is reviewing and combing the theoretical basis of the paper.Firstly,the article summarizes the basic content of the evolutionary economics that scholars already have,and analyzes the path dependence characteristics of technological evolution and the influencing factors of industrial evolution.Based on this,the theoretical logic foundation for the pathological study of the Chinese liquor industry's technological evolution was constructed,and patented technology was used as a representative of the technological evolution of the Chinese liquor industry.It analyzed the Chinese liquor industry in accordance with the logical and sequential sequence of the space and time two-dimensional evolution characteristics of the whole liquor industry,the evolution path of the technology segmentation system.The core of the paper is the positive research on the path dependence of liquor industry in the third part.Firstly,this part sort out the industrial evolution characteristics and problems faced by the Chinese liquor industry.Secondly,it measured the technical evolution of Chinese liquor industry,described the local spatial characteristics of technological evolution,and further explored the evolutionary effect of technology segmentation.Finally,an empirical study was conducted to conduct a meso-level study using the panel model of fixed effects for the province-level data of the Chinese liquor industry,and then explored the driving force of the technological evolution of the Chinese liquor industry.After the meso study,a micro-case to select Liquor Industry in Guizhou Maotai Town was added as a regional typical sample for analysis of the local knowledge production path of liquor industry.The main path of knowledge production in Maotai Town was explored with the "environmental" and "subject" interaction model framework of "Knowledge Production Environment—Personal Competence—Corporate Behavior" via the structural equation model with survey data.The third part put forward the suggestions and research prospects of the thesis.Based on the research conclusions,the paper proposed strategic measures and suggestions for promoting the innovation driving force for the liquor industry,combining the characteristics of the industry and the contradiction to be solved.Finally,the research prospects was put forward from the layout and implementation of the technology strategies,and industrial technology evolution,etc.
