Self-monitoring can explain the difference between expressive behavior and self-presentation.The level of self-monitoring can determine the performance of employee's daily work.High level self-monitoring person often pleasant to the situation and people around them,they can change their expressive behavior and self-presentation according to the situation and people.But for low level self-monitoring person,inside equals outside.They true to their values,belief.High level self-monitoring person like chameleon so that they can occupy advantage position easily to obtain new and heterogeneity knowledge.In contrast,low level self-monitoring person obtain old and redundancy knowledge because of disadvantage position in knowledge network.Heterogeneity knowledge play an very significant role in enhancing creativity.And creativity can transform to innovation performance.When employee perceived preferable innovation climate,that transformation will be more effective.Through data analysis,we get conclusions as following:(1)In knowledge network,there is positive correlation been self--monitoring and betweenness centrality,degree centrality;(2)High-level self-monitoring person possess high-level creativity;low-level self-monitoring,low-level creativity;(3)Betweenness centrality and degree centrality play a part of the intermediary role between self-monitoring and creativity.It means that on one hand,self-monitoring direct influence creativity,and on another hand,it influence creativity through centrality;(4)creativity wholly mediator effect between self-monitoring and innovation performance.(5)Innovation climate have cross-level moderation effects between creativity and innovation performance.
