The Study Of The Impacts On Yongshun County Rural Settlements By Targeted Poverty Alleviation

In November 2013,President Xi JinPing put forward an important indication of "accurate poverty alleviation" in the research and development of poverty reduction in 18 hole village,huayuan county,hunan province,wulingshan district.Yongshun county as a national mountainous poverty-stricken county and wuling mountain poverty-stricken areas of poverty counties,the poor population,the poverty area is wide,the poverty level is deep.Yongshun county is a minority inhabited area dominated by the tujia ethnic group in xiangxi.The distribution of rural settlements is obviously different,which is typical in western hunan province.Through yongshun case study is helpful to know precisely the impact on the rural settlement mechanism for poverty alleviation and accurate change rule under the influence of rural settlements for poverty alleviation,It's helpful to the promote perspective of global optimization of rural settlements perfect precision poverty alleviation policy,the case to accurate implementation of the strategy for poverty alleviation.Based on the theory of rights poverty,rural geography theory,the relation between people and land area system theory,residential environment theory as the instruction,this study based on the national natural science fund project "based on quality of life of rural settlement mechanism of the spatial organization and optimization model(41471145)" and yongshun country precision poverty alleviation third party work performance evaluation subject,using the method of questionnaire and interview method,space,landscape pattern analysis method to study the yongshun accurate content for poverty alleviation,yongshun rural settlement characteristics and the influence of accuracy of yongshun rural settlements for poverty alleviation mechanism,effect,and research on this thinking based on rural settlements optimization precision poverty alleviation policy suggestions.Through the landscape ecological pattern analysis and kernel density estimation method,the study found that yongshun rural settlement space distribution,size and morphology has the following three characteristics:uneven distribution of rural residents,rural settlements patch density,present a "middle dense,thin" spatial pattern;The scale is large,the scale is small,the scale is mainly medium and small scale,most of the population is between 1000-2000 people.The spatial morphology is dominated by bands and groups.By implementing migration,infrastructure construction,industrial support,housing projects and accurate poverty alleviation measures such as environmental governance,and promote the yongshun country resources flow,space reconstruction and function transformation,to the yongshun rural settlement scale,layout,environment,network,population,culture and so on all has important influence,including migration and rural road construction,rural tourism,and housing projects and environmental governance evident influence on rural settlements.The main performance is:rural settlement along the traffic line distribution,scale expansion;The rural living environment is improved and the rural landscape is diversified.The rural settlement support network of road,water supply and power supply is improving day by day.The income level of farmers increased,the income structure was rich,and the living conditions improved significantly.Traditional folk houses have been effectively protected,leisure agriculture has arisen,and rural settlement culture has developed in succession.Based on the optimization of rural settlements,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for improving the policy of targeted poverty alleviation,including:making rural planning scientifically,preserving the local characteristics of rural settlements;We will actively develop regional tourism and lift tourism out of poverty.Me will energetically develop modern agriculture and cultivate accurate and anti-poverty endogenous power.Coordinated development of poverty-stricken villages and non-poverty-stricken villages,Promote the positive interaction of rural settlements.Few studies accurate current poverty alleviation of rural settlement,the influence of this paper in the empirical analysis based on precise impact on rural settlements for poverty alleviation,creatively put forward the precise mechanism of action of poverty alleviation of rural settlements,and based on global optimization of rural settlements,perfect precision poverty alleviation policy suggestions.Due to the theoretical level is limited,and data access is difficult,there are still some places that need further research,such as unreasonable mechanism analysis,the rural settlement to the production,living and ecological space reconstruction reasonable reconstruction and so on.
