Enterprise human resources is the basis to promote the strategic development goals of the enterprise,and employee recruitment is the basis of human resources.Only by carrying out human resources work scientifically,can we ensure the normal follow-up work of the enterprise.At present,the human resources work of most enterprises in China has obvious characteristics of traditional personnel management,and lacks in-depth understanding and application of human resources management in modern enterprises.This has led to a series of work such as staff recruitment and so on.The casual recruitment mode not only reduces the effect of employee recruitment,but also wastes the resources of enterprises.How to combine the actual situation of the enterprise with the scientific theory of human resources management to build a long-term development of the enterprise staff recruitment system is the enterprise human resources management must face the task.This study takes Y Company of Zhuzhou City as the research object,discusses the existing problems in the company's employee recruitment,and puts forward targeted solutions under the guidance of relevant theories of employee recruitment,in order to provide policy recommendations for improving the level of employee recruitment.Firstly,this study elaborates the specific research background,purpose andsignificance,combs the domestic and foreign research results on employee recruitment,and explains the research framework and research methods adopted by the Institute.Secondly,the paper analyzes the existing problems in Y company's employee recruitment by questionnaire survey.Through data statistics,it is found that there are still many problems in employee recruitment,and there are still some areas to be improved in recruitment standards,processes,channels and effect evaluation.Thirdly,guided by the theory of employee recruitment management,a new recruitment system is constructed.From the four stages of recruitment,selection,recruitment and evaluation,the specific countermeasures are designed.Next,in order to ensure the placement of Y company staff recruitment optimization program and the smooth development of recruitment work,from the thought,personnel,system,organization and culture and other aspects of specific safeguard measures were designed.The last part is a systematic summary of this research,pointing out the shortcomings and future research directions.Employee recruitment is related to the long-term development of enterprises on the demand for talent,how to obtain high-quality talent,is the key to building core competitiveness of enterprises.This study takes Y company's employee recruitment as a case study,in order to help the company to improve the level of employee recruitment,but also for related enterprises to carry out employee recruitment work can learn from the case.
