Investigation Of Poverty Status In Tongyu County Of Jilin Province And Selection Of Poverty Alleviation Path

During thirteenth five-year period,the party and state clearly set out to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation for 70.17 million poor people before 2020,.The goal becomes the focus of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and is the main task of our party and country.This requires us to focus on and study poverty alleviation in the national poverty-stricken counties.As an important foundation of poverty alleviation,industry has attracted the attention of all sectors of society,and many scholars have studied it.Agricultural development in the rural areas is an effective channel for farmers to overcome poverty and achieve prosperity,including agricultural development,the scale cultivation agriculture industry,tourism,e-commerce,etc.These industries need farmers to actively participate in.The higher the participation level of farmers is,the faster the agricultural industry develops otherwise it will affect the development of agricultural industry.National poverty-stricken counties are economically backward,and usually meet the national standard of poverty line.Tongyu county is one of the state-level poverty-stricken counties.In this paper,the present situation of the county is analyzed in detail to understand the root cause of poverty in Tongyu county,which can understand the present situation of the social development of the county more clearly.As a poverty-stricken county,poverty has been restricting the development of local economy,and local government departments have made efforts to fight poverty and have achieved certain achievements.However,affected by all kinds of factors,the effect of poverty alleviation is not obvious,and it still does not break through the restriction of the national poverty-stricken county,and does not take off the poverty hat.The reason is that the first is the influence of natural conditions,the second is the ideology,the third is the use of funds,and the fourth is the political and institutional issues.The main contents of this thesis are divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Through the study of relevant theories,collection of documents,questionnaire and field research,,the significance of this thesis research,the background,purpose and content are briefly stated.And then the correlated literature at home and abroad are summarized.Poverty alleviation and development concept is defined,which provides theoretical support for the writing of this paper.The second chapter is the general situation of Tongyu county.This chapter comprehensively introduces the regional situation of Tongyu county based on the local geographical conditions,economic development status,agricultural production situation and the change of disposable income of urban and rural residents.The third chapter is the analysis of poverty alleviation work since the 12 th five-year plan of Tongyu county.This paper mainly expounds the achievements of Tongyu county in poverty population change,industrial development,people's livelihood development and ecological poverty alleviation,and summarizes the relevant experience of poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of poverty households in Tongyu county.According to the investigation on the situation of poverty-stricken families in Tongyu county,it is more accurate and accurate to reflect the poverty situation and poverty cause of Tongyu county.Fifth chapter analyzes the favorable conditions for poverty alleviation in Tongyu county.,and emphatically expounds the government's emphasis on Tongyu county economic development,poverty alleviation and development for many years in the improvement of infrastructure,the development of electronic commerce,etc.;The sixth chapter points out the problems of poverty alleviation in Tongyu county,including low participation of poor households,the unsound mechanism of poverty alleviation work,low service efficiency of funds,slow progress in education industry,weak poverty alleviation for education and culture and other issues.The seventh chapter puts forward to speed up the problems in the process of Tongyu county rich countermeasures,namely the combination of Tongyu county poor interviews and investigations,to promote participation in the whole process of the poor,to strengthen the construction of poverty alleviation system accurately,to ensure that maximize the service efficiency of funds,to the leading industries,as well as the main characteristic industry is complementary to promote development,and completes the education and culture poverty alleviation work these five aspects to improve and perfect,and to provide reference for work in other parts of the rich.
