Research On The Performance Appraisal Of Railway Public Security

Railway public security organs are public security organs established and operated for the safety of railway transport,and they are an important component of the National Public security organs.It affects the safety of railway operation.Because of the existing problems in the railway performance appraisal system,it is very important to design a railway public security performance appraisal system that is suitable to the actual work of railway public security.This paper first expounds the theoretical significance and practical significance of studying the performance evaluation of railway public security.Through the research on the theory and practice of relevant documents at home and abroad,the relevant research results at home and abroad are presented.Then it describes the definition and characteristics of railway public security civil servants,as well as the connotation of railway public security performance evaluation,and expounds the theory related to public sector performance evaluation.Then the case analysis of the performance appraisal system of Dalian Railway Public Security was carried out.First,the current situation was described,including the current performance appraisal development process,the performance appraisal model,and the implementation of the performance appraisal of Dalian Railway Public Security.Then the author analyzes the existing problems in the performance evaluation of Dalian Railway Public Security,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in terms of subject and object,and finds out the crux of the problem.Finally,based on KPI theory,the improvement plan and safeguard measures of Dalian Railway Public Security Performance Evaluation are put forward.
