Research On The Improvement Of Citizens' Moral Quality In The New Era

Moral quality is the basic condition or ability for citizens to engage in activities as the subject of moral behavior,and it is also the moral quality and quality gradually formed and improved by moral individuals in the long-term process of social moral practice.At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation from planned economy to market economy.From traditional society to modern society;From agricultural society to industrial society;The old morality can not adapt to the new social and historical conditions,which has caused a series of moral anomies,and has a negative impact on the moral quality of Chinese citizens.Since the victory of the 18 th CPC national congress,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the report of the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,it puts forward the important task of "comprehensively improving citizens' moral quality" from the perspective of building a socialist cultural power.On the one hand,under the leadership of the CPC central committee with comrade xi jinping at the core,core socialist values have been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and remarkable achievements have been made in carrying forward fine traditional culture,creating a good family tradition,and promoting the civilization of the whole people.On the other hand,the lack of social integrity and other moral anomie problems still exist.Objectively,it is necessary to continue to improve the moral quality of citizens in the new era,and create a good and clear social atmosphere,in order to realize the Chinese dream to gather strong moral support,and ultimately improve China's soft power and comprehensive national strength.However,the current academic research on the development status and improvement path of Chinese citizens' moral quality under the specific context of the new era is slightly insufficient.Therefore,this paper adopts the research method of combining literature research with theory and practice(questionnaire survey).On the basis of reviewing the current situation of Chinese citizens' morality,analyzing the causes of moral anomie,and drawing lessons from foreign countries,this paper explores the ways to improve citizens' moral quality fromthe aspects of theoretical armaments,material security,cultural edification,demonstration and guidance,practical cultivation,educational guidance,institutional norms,and social persuasion.
