This paper integrates the policy research and problem research of the communication between urban and rural teachers,and further explores the problems existing in the communication and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The communication between urban and rural teachers is conducive to the solution of the imbalanced allocation of urban and rural teachers.In order to speed up the development of rural education and help rural children get good education,the excellent teachers support education in rural schools and play demonstration and leading role to help these schools improve the level of teaching and management.This study follows the research ideas of " literature review-the investigation of the present situation-attribution analysis-the proposal of the countermeasures".This article is divided into three parts: the introduction,the body and the conclusion.The first part is the introduction.This part first discusses the reasons and significance of selecting the topic,and the current research situation at home and abroad.Then,it defines the concepts related to the communication between urban and rural teachers,and expounds the significance and research methods of this topic.The second part is the body part,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter,through the design and analysis of teachers' communication research tools in urban and rural areas,adopted questionnaire design,case design and interview design respectively.The second chapter summarizes the questionnaires and interviews of the communication teachers in urban and rural areas,analyzes the findings,and expounds the overall situation of the communication teachers.Through the recovery and analysis of questionnaires,we can know the urban and rural communication teachers' satisfaction with the communication and their attitudes,so as to analyze the problems existing in the communication process,and the expectations of the communication teachers.The third chapter is the focus of this article,the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the communication.It is mainly about the realistic restriction factors of the communication and the problems of the teachers' adaptability.Theanalysis of the realistic restrictions mainly includes: first,the analysis of the realistic restrictions;two,the imperfection of the urban and rural communication system;three,the practical problems existing in the communication.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the communication between urban and rural teachers : strengthening the balanced allocation of school resources between urban and rural areas;two,improving the selection and evaluation of the communication teachers;three,dredging the communication pipeline: from the "man of the school" to "man of the system";four,follow up the adaptability and psychological counseling problems of the communication teachers.The third part is the conclusion.This part is the summary of this article,and the prospect of the communication between urban and rural teachers in promoting teachers' professional growth and physical and mental development,advancing rational and orderly communication between urban and rural teachers,pushing on the balanced allocation of teachers in compulsory education stage and soon.
