With the development of curriculum reform,the development of curriculum resources has been widely concerned,and the success of curriculum resources development activities depends on the ability of teachers to develop curriculum resources.Therefore,teachers' ability to develop curriculum resources has become an important research topic.The study of teachers' ability to develop curriculum resources can promote the development of curriculum resources by teachers,improve the effectiveness of teaching,and then promote the professional development of teachers.This paper investigates the curriculum resource development ability of biology teachers,which consists of the following five parts:The first part is introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research purpose and significance,and research ideas and methods.The second part is a review of the theory.This paper mainly defines the concepts of curriculum resources,biology curriculum resources development and biology teachers' curriculum resources development ability,and introduces relevant theories of teachers' professional development stages at home and abroad.It mainly introduces the composing elements of curriculum resources development ability of biology teachers,that is,curriculum resource development consciousness,biology subject ability,planning and designing ability,information technology ability,implementation ability,evaluation and reflection ability.The third part introduces the situation investigation of biology teacher curriculum resources development ability.Through questionnaires and interviews of biological teachers in Jining City,first of all,it conducted integrity analysis of data,and then combining with the teachers' professional development stage,it analyzed the difference,and systematically obtained the status of teachers' curriculum resources development ability.Finally,the results of comprehensive questionnaires and interviews were used to analyze the problems existing in the development of biology teachers' curriculum resources.Part four proposed the countermeasures to promote the ability of curriculum resources development of biology teachers.Combining with the problems that affect the ability of curriculum resources development of biology teachers,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the two aspects of teachers and schools.Teachers should set up lifelong learning concept,raise awareness of curriculum resources development,improve knowledge structure,attach importance to ability cultivation,strengthen cooperation with various parties,while schools should improve curriculum resources development system and establish perfect teacher training model.Part five is conclusions and recommendations.It summarizes the research results and shortcomings,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
