Essay teaching is an important part in high school Chinese teaching.Essay has artistic conception and sincere emotion,focusing on expressing the author's emotional experience and conveying the philosophy of life.Learning essay is of great significance to enrich the emotional experience of students,nourish the humanistic spirit of students and improve the aesthetic ability of students.However,in the current high school Chinese class,the status of essay cannot be guaranteed.There are also many problems in essay teaching,so the effect of essay teaching is not ideal.Close reading is a detailed,in-depth reading based on text,which is an effective way to improve Chinese essay teaching in high school.Based on the theory of close reading,this paper conscientiously reflects on the current situation and causes of the current high school essay teaching,correlates the method of close reading with the teaching of Chinese essay in high schools,and combines the excellent lesson plans of some middle school Chinese teachers and their own teaching experience,put forward some specific teaching strategies for high school Chinese essay teaching.The author hopes that the method of close reading can be effectively applied to high school Chinese essay teaching through the combination of theory and practice,so as to provide some inspirations for high school Chinese essay teaching.
