| At present,various universities and colleges in China,including colleges and universities in Sichuan,are generally faced with two problems: lack of scientific and accurate collection of graduate employment data,and low utilization of employment data.The education administration department has long found these problems and in 2014 it reformed the reporting of employment data.However,the control of the education administration department is an end-to-end monitoring,and it mainly monitors the results of data reporting.For colleges and universities,without a set of scientific employment data collection processes and standards,it is difficult to obtain accurate employment data and make effective use of it.This article first examines the status quo of the collection and use of employment data in Sichuan universities and colleges,and introduces the contents of the employment data collection,collection process and collection standards of Sichuan colleges and universities,employment data utilization methods and utilization levels.Through analysis,the authors proposed five problems in the data collection: incomplete content collection,unscientific process,and inconsistent standards,single use of data utilization,and low utilization level.The causes of the problems were analyzed from the three dimensions of government agencies,universities,and graduates of educational institutions.Finally,taking the three dimensions of government agencies,colleges and graduates as the starting point,the five problems are put forward one by one,and these strategies and suggestions are inherently logical: First,18 key employment fields are selected and the fields are sorted out.Logical relationship,based on this as a basis for the development of clear collection standards and scientific collection process,and at the same time reverse the concept of career choice of graduates,so that the preliminary settlement of the scientific and quasi-determined issues of employment data collection,starting from the colleges and universities to resolve the use of employment data problem.The solution to all problems is consistent and logical.To improve the scientificness and accuracy of employment data collection and to improve the use and utilization of employment data,the solution of these two issues has significant significance for the country,universities and graduates.How to improve the collection and use of employment data has always been a thorny issue facing colleges and employment workers,and all parties have made many efforts and attempts.Based on many years of practical experience and detailed theoretical analysis,this article proposes a series of constructive suggestions and suggestions.It is not a final proposal and it is not immutable,but it provides practical advice and ideas for solving problems.This article believes that These theories are put into practice and constantly modified and perfected in the course of practice,and eventually they can solve problems. |
