In January 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Ordinary High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard),and the new curriculum standards have changed in the setting of the course content structure. In addition, the new curriculum standard also divides the academic quality and the level of academic literacy. The academic quality level examination is divided into two types: the qualified examination and the grade examination. From the changes of the curriculum content of the new curriculum standard and the classification of the academic quality level,it is not difficult to find that the traditional teaching can not meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard and the new college entrance examination, and the advantages and status of the layered teaching are increasingly apparent. The implementation of domestic stratified teaching is more than two thousand years earlier than foreign countries. The theory of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is one of the theoretical foundations for the implementation of stratified teaching. The "activity group system" in foreign countries is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of layered teaching, and it is also the earliest organization form of layered teaching in foreign countries.Hierarchical teaching is a process in which the teachers classify students with similar knowledge bases, similar interests, and intellectual and psychological developments at the same level, and conduct hierarchical teaching according to the differences between students at each level. In order to meet the needs of students of different levels in learning and development,we can achieve educational fairness in the true sense. In this thesis, firstly, the background and significance of the implementation of layered teaching research are expounded, and the theoretical basis of implementing layered teaching is summarized.Secondly, through the questionnaire method to investigate the status quo of geographical stratification teaching, according to the new curriculum standard design stratified teaching research strategy, combined with the educational case study method, the internship school as a practical research object, before the implementation of the stratified teaching experiment The class conducts pre-testing to select two homogeneous classes as experimental classes(experimental classes, control classes),teachers perform hierarchical teaching for experimental class students, and regular teaching in the control class. The class is post-tested.Thirdly,by comparing the test results of the experimental class with the control class, the daily performance(class participation or the effective number of teacher and student activities),the effectiveness of the layered teaching is tested, and the level of the experimental class is dynamically adjusted. Finally, the practice of geographical layering teaching is summarized. It aims to explore more effective teaching methods in the context of the new curriculum standards, and provide case references for the implementation of geographic stratification teaching in the context of the new curriculum standards and the new college entrance examination.
