The flipping classroom teaching mode is a kind of student-centered knowledge construction teaching,which uses the combination of online and offline to realize the individualization of teaching,redistribute the learning time and change the teaching method of knowledge carrier.Based on the full understanding of the concept of flipping classroom teaching mode,this paper summarizes the current research status of the flip classroom teaching mode,and applies the flipping classroom to the teaching of badminton special courses in an experimental way.Research provides theoretical support.The research uses literature methods,questionnaires,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other methods.Taking the classroom teaching mode as the research object in the badminton training of sports training,taking the 3 badminton general classes of 17 th grade of Chengdu Sports Institute as the experimental subjects,mainly using the badminton forehand to make high-altitude ball,forehand hit high ball,learning ability,teaching skills and learning motivation are the indicators and content of the experiment.Descriptive statistics and analysis of variance were carried out on the experimental results.It was found that the flipping classroom teaching mode is more conducive to students' improvement of badminton technical level,and it has obvious help to improve teaching skills and learning enthusiasm,increasing students' participation in classrooms and improving students.Self-learning ability.By comparing the posterior indicators of the experimental group and the control group,the following conclusions were obtained: 1.In the badminton general training,there is a significant difference in the technical evaluation between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.Therefore,the flipping classroom teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode,and the flipping classroom teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students' badminton technology.2.After the teaching experiment,there was a significant difference in the scores of the learning ability of the experimental group and the control group,P<0.05.Therefore,flipping the classroom teaching mode is more helpful to improve the learning effect of students' badminton.3.Flipping the classroom teaching mode By cultivating the students' teaching skills in a way that allows students to think independently,the students' knowledge of the content they learn can be deepened by feedback from the learned knowledge.Trained students the ability to explain,demonstrate,and correct mistakes.Experiments show that the students who implement the flip-school teaching mode score better than the students who practice the traditional teaching mode,especially those who are better than the traditional teaching mode.4.Flipping the classroom teaching mode stimulates the enthusiasm of students' learning.Through questionnaire survey,it is found that the students who turn the classroom teaching mode have better learning motivation than the traditional teaching mode.Therefore,the students who turn the classroom teaching mode are more active in learning.
