Harbin technician college is the largest public secondary vocational college in heilongjiang province,and was rated as a national model college in 2016.The best of the secondary vocational schools.As the most important part of the school,the quality of teachers is directly related to the future development prospects of the school and the quality of graduates.In the face of the great demand for highly skilled personnel in today's society,it is an inevitable requirement for the development of schools to build a team of teachers with excellent knowledge and skills.However,due to the influence of some objective and subjective conditions,there have been many problems in teacher performance management,which directly leads to the situation that the school is difficult to survive and develop.At present,performance management has been widely used in all kinds of work units,and enterprises and institutions such as government agencies have been more and more mature in performance management.But in the use of performance management in the secondary vocational schools is still in its infancy,in the face of the social development of our country in the new period and new forms,to accelerate the vocational education system,deepen the cooperation between colleges and cultivate high quality,high skills,talents,establish performance management system in conformity with the reform and development of secondary vocational colleges has become secondary vocational schools must face and solve the problem.This paper mainly through the methods of data query method and theory combining with access to a large number of data,with the domestic and foreign advanced performance management theory knowledge and Harbin technician college teachers' performance management,combining the instance of the delve into Harbin technician college performance management present situation,problems and problem analysis,and use the theory guide the practice of teachers' performance management research.In this way,we will promote the scientific,fair,reasonable and normative development of performance management in secondary schools.
