The Relationship Between Career Anxiety, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy And Career Decision-making Difficulties

With the constant improvement of China's higher education level,each year the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,because of college students live in campus has been no contact with society,when they exist in occupational decisions when choosing a career of anxiety,confusion and even decision-making difficulties,don't know what to choose a career,also don't know how to choose to suit their own career.Therefore,research on the employment of college students anxiety and career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulties,the relationship between deep understanding of the inner world of college students,to solve the problem of college students' anxiety,psychological difficulties on the part of students is of great importance,at the same time for the career planning education in colleges and universities also have certain guiding significance.This paper mainly conducts relevant researches from several aspects,such as literature review,question raising and research hypothesis,questionnaire compilation,college students' career choice anxiety,and the relationship between self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty.It mainly adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and chart analysis.Firstly,literature research and summary were conducted on the relationship among college students' career anxiety,self-efficacy in career decision-making,difficulty in career decision-making and the relationship among them by means of literature analysis,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the later study on the relationship between career anxiety,self-efficacy in career decision-making and difficulty in career decision-making.Then,the relationship among career anxiety,self-efficacy in career decision making,difficulty in career decision making and the other three factors were analyzed by questionnaire survey.Finally,it is found that the lower the self-efficacy is,the higher the difficulty is.The higher the career anxiety,the higher the degree of career decision difficulty;The lower the self-efficacy of career decision-making,the higher the anxiety of career choice.Through the study on three variables of college students' career choice anxiety,career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty,it is found that there is a negative correlation between career decision-making difficulty and career decision-making self-efficacy.There is a positive correlation between career decision difficulty and career anxiety.There is a negative correlation between career decision-making self-efficacy and career anxiety.
