Research On Liao Shicheng's Teacher Team Building

The primary premise of the existence and development of education is to have a team of educators with sufficient quantity,reasonable structure and high quality.The construction of high-quality and high-level teachers is an important cornerstone for the development and improvement of various educational undertakings at all levels in China.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always paid great attention to the construction of the teaching staff,and have successively issued a series of policies on the construction of teachers.The scientific and rational construction of the teaching staff can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,and carry out theoretical and practical research on the construction of teachers who meet the needs of teachers' professional development and can adapt to the demands of the times.It will help to promote the construction of teachers to be refined and developed into scientification,which can lead to the harmonious development of school education and the prosperity of educational business.As a famous education reformer and psychologist in the history of modern Chinese education,Liao Shicheng devoted his whole life to secondary education and teacher education.He left plenty of theory and practice about construction of teaching staff in his life.By using the historical research and the text research,this thesis takes Liao Shicheng's theory and practice on the construction of the teaching staff in the attached middle Schools of Southeast University and Guanghua University and the National Normal College as the main line,and explores and discusses a large amount of historical documents,trying to research and analyze Liao Shicheng's theory and practice on construction of teaching staff from a historical perspective.This thesis hopes to gain some enlightenment on the theory and practice of the current construction of teaching staff,so that it can serve the construction and reform of the current teaching team.Based on the research on Liao Shicheng's theory and practice about the construction of teaching staff,this thesis analyzes the connotation of the construction of teaching staff of Liao Shicheng,summarizes its historical status and value,and acquires four enlightenments on construction of current teaching team from Liao Shicheng's ideology of construction on teaching staff,that is,the construction of current teaching staff should be based on teacher education,supported by teachers' professional development,paid attention to virtue construction of teachers and guaranteed by institutional improvement of modern schools.
