Motivation is an important means to promote students' independent development and progress.From the current status of high school class management,most of the head teachers prefer the traditional way of motivation,which is not ideal for students,which is not conducive to the growth of students,but also causes some obstacles to the class management.To this,this article puts forward the mode of high school teacher in charge work middle school students 'motivation of study,mainly through the study of teachers'work are summarized the status quo,existing problems in the analysis,thus refine combing incentives and its applicable conditions,incentives work execution process optimization Suggestions at the same time,in order to provide certain reference for high school teacher in charge teacher incentive work.The research in this paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly,the current situation of theoretical research is sorted out,and the flexible management theory,incentive model classification and relevant theories applicable to class management are extracted in combination with the literature to provide theoretical support for this paper.Secondly,based on the questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the cognition and ability level of the current high school head teacher's student motivation work,as well as the status quo and problems of motivation work.Through investigation,it is found that process motivation is the main method of learning motivation commonly used in senior middle school headteacher work at present.Although the theory of reinforcement motivation is understood,it is rarely applied in practice.At the same time,there are some problems in motivation operation,such as excessive motivation,lack of follow-up observation and analysis,a little deficiency in fairness,rigid motivation and management.Finally,according to the problems found in the investigation,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the motivation of high school headteacher.Specific Suggestions teachers will now strong theoretical learning and practice,and then put forward Suggestions for teachers to refer to the classification of student groups and the applicability of incentive scheme selection,finally for the problems in incentive operation,put forward appropriate incentive,incentive tracking and feedback,fair incentive,flexible incentive and management experience and other improvement Suggestions.
