Rural education is an important part of basic education in China,and the foundation of education lies in teachers.After the new curriculum reform,the professional requirements for rural teachers are becoming higher and higher,changing teaching ideas,cultivating students' innovative ability and social practice ability as the basis to speed up the development of basic education in China.Promote the development of information in the new era,the new demand for talent training in the new era,and strengthen the concept of talent training with ability as the first.However,the basis of balanced development of compulsory education lies in the balance of urban and rural educational resources,and the foundation of education lies in teachers.The basic education of our country has a large number of rural teachers,and the professional growth of rural teachers is also directly related to the reality of educational objectives.However,the influence of various conditions,the professional growth of rural teachers still has great problems,these problems also directly affect the development of rural education,but also hinder the healthy growth of rural teachers.Through the investigation of 490 rural teachers and interviews with some teachers,it is found that at present,rural teachers have relatively few opportunities to go out to study,and their teaching tasks are relatively heavy.This leads them to appear passive in their own professional growth process.But most teachers think that as a teacher is also to continue to learn to improve,so that better teaching.However,whether rural education can develop healthily and continuously depends first on the professional level of teachers.There is a large number of rural teachers in basic education in China,and improving the construction of rural teachers and improving the professional level of rural teachers is the only way to promote rural education.However,rural teachers' own professional growth is relatively passive is also the current problem of rural teachers,rural teacherscan get more centralized training is to attend classes in the county,plus rural teachers an average of 18 to 20 classes a week,seriously affecting teachers' learning.The environment of rural schools is also part of the cause of the professional growth of rural teachers.Stabilizing rural teachers is the foundation of rural teachers' professional growth.It is unscientific for a teacher to teach all subjects of students in the age of professionalization of teachers,so it is necessary to supply rural schools which can not guarantee basic education and schools which can not support the advantages of rural education and the demand of characteristics.The construction of the guaranteed team can guarantee the professionalism of teaching.The conditions of rural teaching schools can not be compared with those of urban schools,so the education department must have a policy preference for the professional growth of rural teachers,so that rural teachers can develop more rapidly in terms of professional growth.And the school is the place where the teacher grows up,the school management and the school environment are also particularly important to the teacher's growth.The school formulates the teacher's growth plan is a school development source.The professional growth of rural teachers is also the development of teachers' own professional skills,so rural teachers should constantly understand themselves and enrich themselves in the process of professional growth,have a new understanding of professional growth,and develop good professional growth habits,which is particularly important for our rural teachers.
