With the popularization of higher education,strict entry and exit policies,and other policies and systems,starting from the "hardest employment year" in 2013,the number of college graduates has increased year by year.This year,the number of college graduates in the country in 2020 will reach 8.7 million.Employment structure The contradictions are prominent,and the phenomenon of difficult employment for college students and the "recruitment difficulty" of enterprises exist at the same time,and related research shows that one of the important reasons for the employment difficulties of college graduates is lack of ability.Different from the traditional employability,the employability ability emphasizes from the perspective of enterprises and employers,pays attention to the synthesis of various qualities that individuals achieve excellent performance in the work process,runs through the entire process of obtaining positions,maintaining employment,and reemploying.It includes the two major competence areas of initial employment and future competence,which is of great significance to the career development of college students.In this study,332 college students were used as subjects,and employability ability was used as the dependent variable to explore the employability ability and career self-efficacy of the college students,the basic status of social support,correlation,and intermediary effects.Treatment,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The employability of college students is higher than the average,and it is at the middle-to-upper level.There are significant differences in demographic variables of majors,grades,internships or part-time experiences,and there is no significant difference in gender and birthplace;(2)The sense of professional self-efficacy of college students has significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,major,grade,internship or part-time experience,and there is no significant difference in student origin;(3)scores of objective support in the level of social support for college students Below the average level,there are significant differences in demographic variables in major,grade,birthplace,internship or part-time experience,and no significant difference in gender;(4)employability and professional self-efficacy,social support.The two are significantly related.After further regression analysis,both professional self-efficacy and social support can positively predictemployability.The higher the level of professional self-efficacy and social support for college students,the stronger the employability.(5)Social support plays a part of the role of mediator in the process of independent variable occupational self-efficacy affecting the employability of dependent variable,with the mediating effect amount being 65.6%.To improve the employability of college students,it is necessary to proceed from multiple angles and multiple subjects from the government,universities,enterprises,employers,students,parents,etc.to work together to establish a comprehensive and multi-level support system.
