Mis Software Development Project Management Problems Research In A Financial Company

With the coming of the knowledge economy era and the internet,whether can reasonably and effectively transform their data to information and knowledge has become the key to enterprise can obtain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.It is era of knowledge economy and it also is information era.The efficient operation of the whole society more and more depends on computer software products.So,treating computer software system development as a project and applying the theory and method of the project management to the management of software development projects,improving the efficiency and quality of software products development is one of the main challenges.For most enterprises,software projects are different from other types of projects.Therefore,software project management and project management of other types have obvious difference.In this paper,the MIS project of a financial company is the study object,and basing on the actual software industry experience and project management.I studied the process of managing software development projects.This paper firstly introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of project management and characteristics and significance of the management process both here and abroad.Secondly,the software project management theory knowledge,including the characteristics of software project,the necessity of the software project management,content and meaning of software project management of the enterprise information construction.Finally,This article deeply discussed and researched on software project management from the point of view of progress management,quality management and cost management.Using the theory and method of modern project management the article also analyze problems and put forward some suggestions for the process of enterprise information.This study not only enriches the system of project management theory in China software industry,there is also some reference value for software development of our specific project management.So it has high reference value in theory and Practice.
