The Game Study On The Settlement And Development Process Of Rural Collective Retained Land In Zengcheng District Of Guangzhou City

With the speeding up of urbanization in China,the demand for land grows quickly,this phenomenon is inevitable in the process of urbanization.On the one hand,land requisition can promote local economic development,which is a shortcut for local economic development,but at the same time,land requisition also brings a series of problems.As an innovative way to increase the property income of the land expropriated farmers,the resettlement of the land is dependent on the effective development and utilization of the land for resettlement.And the resettlement and development and utilization of the land is the process of the interests of the parties to the game.which involves basic level governments,village-level organizations,the land-losing farmers and land developers.Each interests subject would pursue one's own maximum interests in the process of land requisition,it will lead to conflicts.Based on the perspective of interest game,this paper focuses on the core interest subjects in the resettlement and development process of Zengcheng District,Guangzhou City,namely the game among grassroots government,village collective and villagers.Based on the first-hand information obtained from field investigation,This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency and efficiency of the development and utilization of the retained land from the aspects of perfecting the communication consultation mechanism and regulating the relevant system arrangement,so as to provide constructive ideas for improving the resettlement and development mode.
