Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Jinzhai County

China is one of the largest developing countries in the world today and has long been plagued by poverty.As the populous country,China has taken on the task of world poverty reduction.In 2013,General Secretary Xi went to Hunan Xiangxi and made relevant instructions.This is the first time that there has been an idea about"targeted poverty alleviation".Accurately speaking,targeted poverty alleviation corresponds to extensive poverty alleviation.Through the establishment of archival cards,accurate identification,accurate assistance,and accurate management to solve the poverty problem of poor households,that is,help the poor.We will ensure that poverty alleviation is completed on schedule by 2020.Jinzhai County,is part of Luan City and is located in the west of the Dabie Mountains.It is a famous old revolutionary area and is known as the "cradle of the Red Army,the hometown of the generals." "The important source of the Chinese revolution,the birthplace of the people's army",this is an important exposition put forward by General Secretary Xi on the investigation of Jinzhai on April 24,2016.This sentence fully affirms the importance of Jinzhai on the history of the red revolution.Taking Jinzhai County area as the starting point,this paper systematically sorts out the poverty situation and the practice of targeted poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,and summarizes several important factors affecting the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation through questionnaires,and makes hypothesis based on this.Establish an OLS model between the incidence and impact factors of poverty,and conduct regression analysis through R software to demonstrate the hypothesis.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the overall effectiveness of poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County still need improve,and on this basis we put forward suggestions:Coordinate urban and rural development,further increase urbanization rate;improve infrastructure construction,further build the foundation for rural revitalization;cultivate characteristic industries,further optimize rural industrial structure;focus on education and training,further Improve the peasant cultural level.Through the empirical research on the targeted poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County,it provides theoretical support for the development of poverty alleviation practice in the future,and provides reference for the precision poverty alleviation practice in other regions.
