In recent years,improving the performance appraisal system of small and medium-sized enterprises has become a hot topic.Admittedly,the performance appraisal system is very important to the success or failure of small and medium-sized enterprises in today's highly competitive society to survive,obtain human resources advantages,and ultimately profit.Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the strategy of Rural Revitalization has become the guiding strategy for the future development of rural areas.The core of Rural Revitalization lies in industrial revitalization,and the industry mainly originates from small and medium-sized enterprises.At present,urban and rural areas are developing in harmony,unity and integration,so as to further strengthen the country's economy and realize the Chinese dream.And in this process,there is no need for a main body--small and medium-sized enterprises.Although the performance appraisal system is only one aspect of the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises,it is very important.The performance appraisal system often reflects the operating results and effects of a SME,can reflect the comprehensive strength of a SME,and is one of the most important systems for the survival of small and medium-sized enterprises.First,the importance of talent for enterprise development need not be overemphasized.Performance appraisal system determines whether small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain good talent in the talent market,which is a competitive advantage.Secondly,the performance appraisal system can reflect the financial performance of enterprises,is the key to the cohesion of staff strength,staff wisdom,long-term profit-making success or failure of enterprises.Therefore,the performance appraisal system is particularly important for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,in real life,the performance appraisal system of small and medium-sized enterprises is facing a series of problems which need to be solved urgently,such as unreasonable index setting and imperfect appraisal system in the appraisal system before the appraisal,and so on.In the specific implementation process,there are some problems such as the lack of guarantee of fair appraisal and the lack of transparent information.From the perspective of stakeholders,the degree of satisfaction with performance appraisal is also different.Based on a series of questions,this paper investigates the employees of the enterprises in which they work,using the methods of investigation and empirical research.Specifically,the main contents of the full text are as follows:Chapter 1-Introduction,focuses on the issues raised,including the background,significance,purpose,methods and ideas of the performance appraisal of SMEs in China,and focuses on the status quo of domestic and foreign research and literature review.Chapter 2-Concepts and theories.Firstly,the concepts of stakeholders,small and medium-sized enterprises,performance appraisal and enterprise management are expounded.Secondly,it expounds the stakeholder theory,performance appraisal theory,human resources theory,enterprise management theory,behavioral science theory and other theories,and briefly explains how to use these theories to analyze the relevant content.Chapter ?-the status and problems,this part mainly from China's small and medium-sized enterprises performance appraisal development process,development status,development characteristics,and performance appraisal issues summary and analysis.Chapter Four-Empirical Research.This part introduces data sources,indicators selection,methods selection,and conducts a basic descriptive data analysis.Then it carries out empirical research from the perspective of three different stakeholders,such as ordinary employees,managers,subordinate colleagues and so on,and carries out the impact factors according to different dependent variables.The regression analysis of the element finally summarizes the problems of performance appraisal of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Chapter ?-Countermeasure research,this part according to the corresponding principles of the previous part,also from the ordinary staff,managers,subordinate colleagues and other three main body of countermeasure analysis,for our small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the performance appraisal system provides some help.Chapter 6-Conclusion and outlook,this part is a high degree of summary of the full text,and ultimately summarizes the innovative conclusions of this paper,on this basis,the future research prospects,future scholars may study or the author thinks more important areas.
