Property insurance company is the knowledge,technology and intelligence intensive enterprise,therefore,human resource management plays an important role in the aspects of business and technology,even in related management systems,it is also the key factor that decides whether the enterprise can gain a steady foothold in the competition in the future,it is especially true for the front-line salesmen since they are the business source of the company,and they directly determine the quality of the management efficiency and the sustainable development of the company.These recent years,the "loyalty" problem of the salesmen in A Property Insurance Company is quite severe,the quitting rate of them is becoming higher and higher,which has seriously affected the operation benefit and has brought a serious negative effect to the enterprise.Whether the team of the salesmen is loyal or not directly maps to the potential tapping and the cultivation of the talents in the property insurance company,it produces a direct impact on the brand image and earning capacity of the entire company.At present,the quitting rate of the salesmen of A Property Insurance Company is relatively high,which has a terribly negative impact on the continuous operation of the company.The paper studies the loyalty of the salesmen of A Property Insurance Company by combining the theory of the loyalty of the employee,and by borrowing the means of questionnaire survey and interview,it analyzes the present situation of the loyalty of the salesmen in the company as well as the factors that influence the loyalty of the salesmen,then the paper puts forward some solving strategies from the perspectives of recruitment and quitting,the training of the enterprise,salary and welfare,cultural construction,sales support together with internal communication etc.,trying to find out a solution for A Property Insurance Company to solve the problem of low loyalty of the salesmen and to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise,to improve the organizational performance so as to achieve the developing goal of the enterprise.
