Research On The Development Status Of Regional Industrial Chain In The Integration Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a major strategy at the national level in the new era,and the coordinated development of industry has become the key to promote the integration process.This paper chooses the regional industrial chain as the research object.Firstly,it defines the regional industrial chain,summarizes its theoretical basis,summarizes its formation and transmission mechanism combined with reality,and then analyses the Industrial Synergy Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.Through the research,the synergistic development of industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has positive effects on economy,ecology and society.In order to make a horizontal comparison,this paper compares the development status of industrial synergy between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta from three aspects: leading industry,synergy mechanism and synergy effect.It is found that there are some problems in the Industrial Synergy Development between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and we should learn from the development experience of the Yangtze River Delta.On the basis of systematically analyzing the synergetic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry,this paper studies the formation process,development status and influencing factors of the regional industrial chain.Then,using the input-output table as a tool,the paper quantitatively measures the development of the regional industrial chain of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from the perspective of industrial influence and sensitivity coefficient,and concludes that the core of the regional industrial chain is manufacturing industry.The comparative advantages of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have not been fully utilized in the regional industrial chain.The conclusion is that the development of tertiary industry is insufficient and the integration degree of high-tech and manufacturing industry chain is insufficient.As a supplement and perfection to the research content,this paper also studies the influence of Beijing’s industrial relief on the regional industrial development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It is believed that Beijing’s industrial relief not only effectively promotes the industrial development of Tianjin and Hebei,but also profoundly affects the shape and structure of the regional industrial chain of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Finally,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for further optimizing the development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei regional industrial chain from various perspectives.This paper mainly has three contributions: 1)There are few systematic studies on the regional industrial chain in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in China,and the content of this study is relatively substantial,which enriches the research in related fields;2)There are many qualitative studies on the industrial chain and regional industrial chain by domestic scholars,but the concept is not clear.On the basis of clarifying the difference and connection between the two connotations,this paper is influenced by others.Inspired by the existing research methods,quantitative research was carried out using relatively new data.Thirdly,the introduction of Beijing industrial relief into the study of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional industrial chain broadened the research horizon.
